It was perfect for the weekend I was there! The location was perfect to where I needed to go, the house was stocked with everything I would need. The hose was excellent in communication as well!

I have absolutely nothing bad to say. The space is cozy, private, cute, and clean. The outdoor patio is an adorable and great place to just enjoy the outdoors and relax. A cute mini-oasis. I would definitely stay again!

Tiny house is tiny & renters should not expect anything else. Very quiet and host very responsive. WiFi could be a bit faster, signal was lacking.

It’s advertised as a tiny house very self explanatory. That’s all I have to say. Don’t book tiny expecting regular, I maximize the room best to my ability.

The house was very clean and welcoming. It was cozy. The beds were very comfortable. The shower on the right hand side. The fall room was a little strange with it being a triangle. The hot there was plenty of hot water. I did leave a message for the host, but I never did receive a message that she received it. I could not stay till Monday, but I never did get a reply back. I found the mini splits to be excellent temperature control in both rooms. My friend was in the opposite room the yellow room and she loved the bed. Loved everything about the home too. It was lovely to sit outside in our nightgowns and drink coffee. We have plenty of privacy and the chairs were comfortable. It felt like our own little world. I highly encourage you to visit this VRBO. It is definitely worth its money just a lovely spot. Also love all the things that were included in the house the coffee pot, the stove, even though we didn’t get to use the stove. We did appreciate having a refrigerator and the microwave. The one thing I could recommend is to leave a few bottles of water cause there wasn’t anything to drink. We did happen to bring water with us.. The driveway was a little tricky. My truck wasn’t cooperative about going up a little hill. I did love all the lights that came on when you did park and you knew where you were going and that also our host left the light on so that when we got there, we could see where we were. Also all the pictures of every identify the home!

Although the inside of the property was nice and clean. They do not disclose in the description that this tiny home is in the back yard of a house that is also being rented out to several different parties. Due to this i did not feel comfortable staying and they refuse to issue a refund as well as there is no picture of the kitchen on the listening !

This Customers requested a refund before she arrived. Apparently her plans fell through or she needed her money. People should just be honest instead of writing a negative review, She asked me to change her dates and I did that, then she asked me to change the dates back. I was more than kind to her, my pictures are very accurate and lots of Vrbo’s are located on the host property whether it’s in the back yard, front yard or the side of the property. I owned 3 additional lots next to my property and this place doesn’t interfere with any guest having privacy. Please see other reviews and be the judge for yourself . I Really enjoy hosting and have never had an issue with anyone. She booked and was given the code and a day later she requested a refund and that wasn’t fair to me. I advised her several times to call Vrbo if she had a problem but she refused to contact them until after her reservation. I missed 2 days of booking because she wanted an excuse to get a refund instead of doing it before she arrived. She made up a story saying several people are able to stay in the same place she booked, if you read other reviews you will see that is a lie as well, this listing states up to 4 people it has two beds so where would other guest sleep if it’s shared. I really hate that she went to this extreme to get her money back. All of this wasn’t necessary I was willing to give her a a refund if Vrbo didnt charge me extra for her cancellation. I hope this review doesn’t detour anyone.
