THE WORST experience by far. We used to live in FL, and come back often to visit family. There are plenty of places to rent, but this one claimed to have a heated pool AND jaccuzi, also accepted pets. We paid extra for our dogs to come along, but upon check in to a home that was covered in a giant tarp and sand bags, which isnt mentioned or pictured, we were told we had to pay extra again for the heat they promoted, even in the jacuzzi! Then we got a very nasty, passive aggresive, call explaining that even after the charge that "the heater might not get warm because we came down during winter months." My uncle owns a pool company so I explained to them that's a lie and not at all how it works. So we were charged 35 a day for the pool or jacuzzi to NEVER reach above 65 our entire stay. Our son has special needs and was looking forward to that most so it ruined his vacation. On top of that the house is DIRTY. Roaches!! Piss covered blinds and pillows! Bug trails! A half working game room. Cameras watching from the front and from the neighbor. The whole experience was horrific. If we didnt have a wedding, and spent so much to rent this we would've ran out, but had no other option at that point, during a holiday weekend. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! IT'S DISGUSTING, and I had no choice but to leave it cleaner than we got it just to make it through. I HAVE PICTURE PROOF OF IT ALL. Many other options in the area, don't be fooled like us. Should be half the price and honest. Disgusting
