You’ll be close to local shopping, dining, and family-friendly activities, while still being within an easy drive to Busch Gardens, downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, and the Gulf Coast beaches. For entertainment, the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre and the Seminole Hard Rock Casino are just minutes away, giving you access to concerts, nightlife, and world-class gaming. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and residential, ideal for guests who want a relaxing retreat at the end of the day.



Getting Around:

The home is best enjoyed with a car. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles. From the house, you’re less than 10 minutes to Brandon Mall, 15 minutes to the Hard Rock Casino and MidFlorida Amphitheatre, 20 minutes to downtown Tampa, and about 60 minutes to Clearwater and St. Pete beaches. Tampa International Airport is just 25 minutes away.
