Dear Wan Ting Zou, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay at our Puerto Rico home due to the unexpected water and cable outage. Unfortunately, the interruption was caused by street repairs being performed in the area, which was completely outside of our control. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we monitored the issue closely and did our best to stay informed on the restoration efforts. We understand how disruptive this was to your vacation experience, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the situation. As a gesture of goodwill and to acknowledge the inconvenience caused, we will be crediting you for one day of your stay.
