Host turned out to be an AI assistant which was fine for getting information prior to arrival but limited dealing with issues while in residence (it took 9 days for a maintenance man to come fix a small leak in the kitchen sink). Amenities were generally good, but for a 3-week stay kitchenware for cooking was limited (e.g., no bowls, baking dishes, or serving plates). No light over the dining table. We were provided only one set of keys, which made it difficult for us to go out and about separately. The was mold under the non-stick mat in the master bathroom.

While we do use automation to provide quick responses before arrival, our team is always available 24/7 via the booking app, phone, and WhatsApp, and many of our reviews reflect that guests are able to reach us whenever needed.
Regarding the kitchen sink, we apologize for the delay in completing the repair. A maintenance visit was arranged after the issue was reported, and coordinating building access unfortunately took longer than expected. We appreciate your patience while it was resolved.
Thank you as well for the feedback on kitchen items. The apartment is stocked with standard cookware, but we have since added additional bowls, serving dishes, and cooking items to better support longer stays.
We also appreciate the notes about the dining area lighting and key access. We are currently reviewing ways to improve these aspects for future guests.
Cleanliness is very important to us, and the bathroom concern has been addressed with our cleaning team and inspection process.
