And the second bedroom was listed as a Queen size bed but was only a Full Size. I will give 4.5 Stars, put some new mattress AND A WASHER that is quieter (it was very loud and rackety) then I would give a 5 star all the way. But over all it was very nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo could use some maintenance and updating. Master bathroom needs more ventilation. Master bedroom mattress slept good. Bed frame was larger than mattress and kept hitting my leg.Living area was fine and comfortable.Kitchen could use a few more smaller knives,and some more utensils. Also some non scratch spatulas and spoons for cookware. Oils use some plastic bowls w/lids and a cookie sheet. Other two bedrooms could definitely use a change out of mattress protection covers and new sheets. Hall bathroom toilet doesnā€™t flush good at all. Hot water heater ran out of water for showers so had to take showers in cycles which made it where you had to do more planning for going out to dinner. However the hot water temp would scald you and did a could have times. So temp could use lowering. Above and next door neighbors were pretty noisy the 2weeks we were there. We love Orange Beach and try our best to stay at Seachase if we can afford it. Seems like prices are climbing higher than other condos in the area. I have stayed in all 3 complexes now and more than likely will not stay in C complex again. I think I like E best but not sure there are any 3 bedroom units. We love coming to

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to SeaChase as a winter getaway for about 10 years. Love the location!!!! The property is wonderful with pools, greenery, etc. We also enjoy the activites as far as water aerobics, potlucks, bingo, social gatherings, etc.This year our condo left much to be desired. In all our years of being at SeaChase, this was the poorest equipped unit we have had. The kitchen drawers, cupboards desperately need to be updated. I purchased many items for normal, ordinary living --- such as 9x13 cake pan, cutlery, muffin pan, plastic bowls, etc. The crock pot and coffee pot are the only things that are in good condition. The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. One chair we kept a knitting bag in it so that guests would not sit in it --- very low to the floor. The master bedroom couch needs to go. The master closet door does not close. On a positive note, the two guest bedrooms, guest bath and laundry are in good condition. The staff at SeaChase are wonderful!!!! Angela and Danielle did a great job with the activities --- and were always friendly/helpful when you had a question for them. The maintenance and security staff are qreat. We hope they are there next year when we return to a different unit.We love the location of SeaChase --- convenient shopping, access to the beach and now also access to Coastal (new restaurant within walking distance).

This is our 2nd stay at Sea Chase in the last year and this condo had a great view and was clean. Would have liked to have a bit more stocked for our use in terms of kitchen staples like salt and pepper, dish soap and cooking spray. Would have loved access to a few beach chairs, sand toys or umbrellas for the beach. The outside pools were chilly late March/early April, but the indoor pool, hot tubs and sunshine on the beach made for a great trip.

Starting to lose its luster...

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived after hours and our condo door was not locked. There was still a few strands of the previous residents' hair on the walls and in a few nooks and crannies of the condo when we arrived. We also kept having to kill cockroaches throughout the week. When we asked them the morning after our arrival to spray, they informed us that someone had already sprayed prior to us arriving, but we killed the last roach on Thursday of our stay. The condo we stayed in (which we do yearly) is just overall looking dated, but is really in dire need of a rigorous deep cleaning from top to bottom and in all the corners. Also, the dryer must have a heating coil out, as we had to run three 70-minute cycles to fully dry our clothes or towels (lint trap clean, no pinch in the tube).

Upon request, vendor to spray on Thursday, but did not show up.(2) Right before check-out, we stripped the beds; found feces on two of the beds on mattress covers under the sheets; the master and the queen bedrooms. Totally unacceptable!!! * Lastly, Property personnel were excellent! Kind, courteous & professional!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Seachase and have stayed here for many years in a row. The location is great, the condominium is beautiful. My only complaint with our room would be the furnishings. We had to buy wash rags and wash the towels daily, sometimes twice. If a room will accommodate 8 people, there should at least be 8 rags and towels. There are no potholders so we had to use one of the few rags we were given. Lighting inside this room is also terrible.
