This pet-friendly, two-level apartment offers modern comforts, a dedicated workspace, and a shared fenced yard. Perfectly located just a short walk from the harbor and DuBois Beach, and minutes from Mystic`s attractions. Ideal for families and groups seeking a charming coastal getaway.
The Space
Nestled on the second and third floors, your private two-level apartment is filled with bright, sunlit spaces and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Enjoy modern comforts like air conditioning and heating, ensuring a perfect temperature no matter the season. We also have in shared washer/dryer in the building. The cohesive coastal decor, with its calming blue and grey tones, creates a clean and stylish backdrop for your stay.
Main Level (2nd Floor)
The heart of the home features an open-plan living and dining area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
• Unwind in the cozy, stylishly decorated living room, complete with a unique rope chandelier and a smart TV for your entertainment.
• Prepare delicious meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

• Dedicated parking for up to 3 vehicles.
• Access to the large, fully fenced backyard, which is shared with the first-floor unit.
• Your own dedicated BBQ grill and outdoor dining furniture for exclusive use.
• Access to shared washer/dryer located in basement.
• Use of beach essentials. Perfect for nearby DuBois Beach.
Interaction With Guests
We give our guests space but are available when needed. You can self-check-in upon arrival. We are just a phone call or message away if you have any questions or need recommendations during your stay.
