This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath basement apartment is the perfect home base for couples, small families, traveling pros, or friends. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen—yes, we include waffle mix and a waffle iron for a sweet start! We’re pet-friendly, and you’ll have access to on-site laundry and private driveway parking. Just minutes from BYU, UVU, and I-15, you're close to restaurants, shopping, and more, while enjoying a quiet residential neighborhood. Please note: This apartment is available when the full home isn’t booked, so guests may be in the upstairs unit. Your basement space is fully private.
