A split level home with attached double car garage. Deck off the master bedroom as well as the living areas. Quiet area with no thru traffic.

The Space:
Located on exclusive Skyview Drive, a newly remodeled home with a modern kitchen with additional cooking islands opens onto the spacious living and dining room areas. Also has a mini-bar counter and sink, and an open office/family area next to the kitchen, all new appliances.
Engineered floor throughout the kitchen and living areas, and with new carpet in all of the bedrooms. There are two (2) bedrooms which have en suite full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have their own perfect view of the Monterey Bay. Each bedroom has its own deck area and are freshly painted.
Dramatic semi-enclosed deck has new patio furniture, gas fire pit and gas BBQ. The deck overlooks the entire bay as well. 2 car attached garage with washer and dryer, and plenty of storage.
