The oversized deck with all day sun provides a whole other “room” – furnished with a dining table, 2 loungers and BBQ. You might find yourself spending more time there than anywhere. An outdoor room with sunrises.
The front deck has wide-open, panoramic ocean views for enjoying morning coffee and awe-inspiring sunsets and nighttime twinkling lights of the Monterey Peninsula.
Sophisticated updates throughout with high-end finishes, designer lights, in-unit washer/dryer, stainless appliances including wine fridge. Quality cherry wood custom cabinetry throughout. Light abd bright upper unit with soaring ceilings - quiet with no one above. Luxury at its best. There’s a 65” TV in the living room and smaller one n the main bedroom.
Dive into two swimming pools, two spas and his and hers dry saunas for luxuriating, enjoy the fitness room, and recreation room with ping pong and pool tables. The lower pool is heated from May to October. The upper pool is heated year-round. Lovely view of the pool from both bedrooms, yet quiet and private..

1) "Location was perfect. Oceanfront with outstanding views. Easy access to CA 1 so travel anywhere on the peninsula is a breeze. We walked to Fisherman’s Wharf, downtown and even Cannery Row. Great restaurants and coffee shops everywhere. Our activities included hiking and golf. Both were excellent with numerous options. The redwoods were a sight to see! And the beaches in the area are gorgeous. We ‘cooked in’ often and the setup and supplies were great. Best I’ve ever had in a VRBO. Beds are very comfortable, towels are great, patios are beautiful. Patti was always available but everything was so great we really didn’t need her. :) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this condo and we will absolutely look to stay here again when we return to the area. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful vacation home."

The owner of the condo was very accommodating and gracious, answering all questions and concerns in a timely manner.. If you don't see many reviews it is because this a new listing. I recently purchased it and everything - furnitire, furnishings, etc - is brand new. The former owner put in over $250,000 in upgrades, including the finest materials and craftsmanship.
