Dieses luxuriöse brandneue Stadthaus befindet sich in einem privaten Endgebäude, nur wenige Schritte von der Ostniederlassung des Saco und einer Langlaufloipe entfernt.

In günstiger Lage zwischen North Conway, Bartlett und Jackson, 10 bis 20 Minuten von den meisten großen Skigebieten (Attitash, Cranmore, Bretton Woods, Wildcat, Black Mountain, etc.), Wanderwege, Saco River, Echo Lake, Settler Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Storyland .

Vor-Ort-Außenpool und Tennisplätze sind in den heißen Sommermonaten enthalten. Bleiben Sie kühl in den Sommermonaten mit einem brandneuen Split-System A / C und gemütlich im Winter durch die brandneue Rinnai Heizung.

Das Gerät verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, Queen-Bett und 3 Etagenbetten / Zwilling über Full-Size und ein Full-Size-Auszug.

Wir haben WIFI, Kabel, Telefon und Internet vorhanden. Wir bieten alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause (Full-Size-Küche, Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner, TV mit Kabel und DVD). Weber BBQ Grill auf einem geräumigen Deck für Abend Entspannung.

We had the most amazing stay at this home—it was truly perfect for our family and friends over the holiday. There was more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably, gather together, and still have privacy when needed.The home was cozy and welcoming, especially in the winter, making it the ideal place to celebrate and spend quality time together. Excellent place !!

My family and I shared the weekend at this property and everything was fine. It is a very clean place. And it has everything you need to have a good time with your family. The only thing I think could improve is the bunk beds (in the room that are double) for everything else, the place is 10/10. without forgetting that the surroundings are very nice for walking and strolling along the river.

Great Location / Family Friendly

Great vacation home. Kitchen was well stocked and open to the living room and dining room allowing everyone to be connected even during meal prep. Pool is very close to condo. Nice location for accessing StoryLand as well as North Conway and the outlets. Owners were very responsive and check-in / check-out was very easy. Plenty of parking too. Would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway to Storyland

We booked this property for a weekend trip to Storyland and it was perfect. Easy in and out. Very communicative hosts. The location is outside of the downtown area which is nice and there was plenty of space inside the condo. The condo is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and was very clean.

Ski trip MLK weekend 2020

Andy and Liz were amazing and easy to communicate with both phone and email. This condo is a great location, less than 10 minutes to Attitash Mountain Resort. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. A lot of room for everyone, the kids loved double bunks room, the big couch was very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again! 😊

The owners of the property were extremely responsive. Within 15 minutes of booking, I received an email from them explaining the 9property. They asked about the ages of the children staying and provided activities for them, as well as recommendations for restaurants in the area. The check in process is very easy. I would highly recommend this property.

Joy at Woodland Pines

In our 23 years visiting North Conway this was by far the most accommodating and best vacation home that has ever been shared with our family. By far the best, friendliest, clear and easiest communication with the owners. The home was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Felt like we were invited as family. We had 8 family members including small children with ample space for all. There was seating at the dining room table for 8 and 6 at the kitchen table. The kitchen was well appointed with clearly labeled cabinets and drawers with dishes and utensils for all. Lovely owners and wonderful place to stay. We hope to be back in years to come.

Andy and Liz were very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The condo itself is very nice, with brand new bathrooms and a brand new kitchen. There is a lot of room for everyone and a nice deck to hang out on. The only downside was that we had 11 people, and though it is advertised to sleep that many, the bunk beds have a weight limit of 75 pounds, which was not enough for us as we had several teenagers with us. We made due with a couple of air mattresses and the very comfy couch, but I don't think it would be fair to say it would sleep more than 8 adults comfortably. It is absolutely perfect for families.

We would've reminded you to the extra Pull-out couch in the loft...In our short rental history, we have rented it out to (10 to 13 adults-only), many times and it was never an issue of comfort... Spacious, comfortable condo

Even with 8 adults - there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We could all sit in the living room together, play games at the dining room table together and eat on the deck together. The condo was VERY well stocked and everything was in great shape and spotless. It made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. The location was great - in a nice quiet community, but only a short drive to restaurants. Andy was quick to respond to all of my questions and was extremely accommodating to our group. He went above and beyond providing us with information on special spots on the river that we could walk to. We relaxed in our tubes on the East Branch for hours - it was magical! Thank you Andy and Lee for allowing my family to enjoy your home!

Family visit to Story Land

My family stayed here for our first visit to Story Land. The owners were great communicators and the location was perfect, very centrally located. The place was nice, pretty well cleaned, but there were some areas that had been missed by the cleaning crew when we arrived. The only downside was that one of the rooms had two sets of flimsy metal bunk beds and they were VERY squeaky. We had kids in the top and bottom of both bunks and any movement caused the beds to wobble and squeak loudly, which made settling at night challenging. We'd definitely stay here again if something was done about the metal bunk beds. All the other beds and the rest of the place were great!

Overall house was nice but there are definitely some differences between the online listing and the actual property. Online listing states there’s a private pool & there is not, it’s a community pool. We booked this place because of the private pool so we were let down when there wasn’t one. The posting also doesn’t mention that there’s a 125lb weight limit on the top bunks of the bunk beds. We went with all adults so that meant no one was able to sleep on the top bunks. They also have a policy that you need to take your shoes off at the door which isn’t mentioned in the online post so if you don’t like to walk around barefoot make sure to bring slippers or something with you. Hosts were super nice and responsive. We weren’t impressed with house keeping though. There were spiders and spider webs all over the inside of the house, dirty dishes put away in the cabinets, piles of dirt in most of the corners, etc.
