Hi Alan, thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the comfortable beds and hope you experienced all the spectacular amenities that Palms Resort has to offer. We are sorry for the issues you experienced with the TV. After checking into it, it doesn’t look like you contacted us about the TV and no other guest has commented on this, so we are sending an inspector to assess the situation and to look over the overall presentation of the condo. Again, we are glad you enjoyed some of the nice aspects of the property and thank you for your feedback.

Willie, Thank you for providing feedback regarding your stay. We're sorry that the beds were not comfortable. We will pass along that information to the owner for their consideration. The sleeper sofa is only a couple of months old so we are surprised that you found it uncomfortable. A lot of people want to visit our beautiful beaches this time of year. We're glad you managed to have a good vacation and we hope you had a safe trip home.

We apologize for the carpeting, uncomfortable bedding, and televisions. To the best of our knowledge, pictures online reflect units as they are, which includes televisions offered. We would have been more than happy to try and remedy some of these issues, such as getting the television to work; had we been made aware during your stay.
