Master Bedroom and Suite: King bed, TV, phone charger, sound machine, fans, curtains with blinds, soft neutral decor.

Back Patio: X-large back patio, dinning table and chairs, benches for lounging and entertaining. A grill is available on request. We do not keep the grill on the property for safety purposes. Please message the host with a request for the grill, and it will be delivered.

The Garden City Cottage is in a great location -- walking distance to Stephen F. Austin State University and a short drive, or bike ride, to tourist attractions throughout the city and the East Texas region. We are just minutes from the medical districts and hospitals and major employers. Further, easy access to U.S. 59/69 makes the Garden City Cottage a great choice for guests who will travel to other East Texas cities, like Lufkin, Henderson, Tyler, Jacksonville, and Center, during their stay.
