No late check-out unless approved in advance

🌡️ AC, Heating & Utilities – House Rule
To help conserve energy and keep our home sustainable, we kindly ask that you turn off the AC or heating whenever you`re not in the house.
Also, please be mindful of lights, appliances, and overall utility use during your stay. Leaving things running while the home is empty adds unnecessary wear and cost.
Your help goes a long way in keeping the space comfortable, eco-friendly, and affordable for all guests.

2. 🚫 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Strictly no parties, events, or large gatherings
Violation = immediate cancellation + $500 fine + city report

3. 🔇 QUIET HOURS
11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (City Mandated)
Be respectful of neighbors—no loud music, talking, or outdoor noise during these hours
Police or city enforcement may be called for violations

4. 👥 GUEST LIMIT
Only registered guests may stay overnight
No extra guests or visitors after 10 PM without written approval
Max guest limit: 8

5. 🚭 NO SMOKING INDOORS
No smoking or vaping inside the house
Use designated outdoor area only
Smoking indoors = $250 cleaning fee

6. 🐾 PETS
No pets allowed unless pre-approved in writing
Unauthorized pets = $200 fee + additional cleaning

7. 🚘 PARKING
Use designated parking area only
Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or neighbors` spaces
Street parking rules enforced by the City

8. 🧹 CLEANLINESS
Keep the space tidy and clean up after yourself
No food or drinks in bedrooms
Trash goes in the correct bins (black = trash, blue = recycling, green = organics)
