The fully stocked chef's kitchen is a delight with its granite counters and top of the line appliances. If you prefer grilling, a new gas BBQ awaits you. The two comfortable bedrooms and semi private sleeping space are designed to provide a restful night's sleep after a after a long day of exploring, visiting friends & family, or just hanging out at the local beach & cafes. The remodeled full bath is conveniently located between the two bedrooms with a spacious shower and tub for sandy little ones.


The location is ideal for beach enthusiasts and those seeking tranquility in and around the water. The bay and ocean, just steps away, offers opportunities for swimming, a water playground, paddle boarding, kayaking or simply taking leisurely walks or bike rides along the bike path downtown to the Queen Mary. The area offers courts for pickle ball or basketball and handball enthusiasts.


The living room space features a large smart TV with premium subscriptions available, as does the primary bedroom. The full bathroom is equipped with amenities you would expect such as a hair dryer, and natural hair and body products. Also, enjoy the convenience of central air and heat, laundry facilities, high speed WiFi, and other amenities during your stay.

Looking to explore more of Southern California? Belmont Heights, Long Beach is centrally located between Los Angeles and Orange County, with easy access to freeways and Pacific Coast Hwy. Disneyland is 25 minutes away; Universal, Santa Monica, and Laguna Beach about an hour.

HOUSE RULES:
* Your reservation includes registered guests only.
* Notify us in advance if anyone other than registered guests will be on site.
* Absolutely NO parties or filming.
* No smoking or vaping of any substance anywhere on our property.
* Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am every day. No exceptions. Be kind to our neighbors.
* Charges for cleaning or repair of furnishings due to misuse will be assessed.
* We allow one small / medium dog with a per stay pet fee. Costs for damage to furniture, rugs, walls etc. that cannot be cleaned and must be replaced will be assessed to the guest.
* Owners maintain a private suite on premises upstairs that they use when they are in town. Any questions, needs, concerns, however, are to be referred to Suzanne Dondanville, your host.

While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music or parties will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Charges for undue damage to the house or its furnishings will be assessed.
