Regarding the patio door, hurricane-rated doors can operate differently than standard doors and may require a specific handle position to latch properly. Because these doors are not commonly found in every home, we do include an explanation in the travel and arrival guide to help guests feel prepared and set up for success before arrival. We review all guest correspondence and maintenance concerns carefully, and feedback like this helps us continue improving both the property experience and the clarity of our guest communication.
