This property was located in a very nice community. There were several restaurants nearby and the farmers market on Saturday morning was a nice bonus! I loved the large TV’s in den and bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

While there were several issues, the host expressed desire to resolve them. My stay was focused solely on time with friends, taking in the Haile Farmers Market, the community’s natural environment and real estate. Beautiful furniture and the mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable.

This is wonderful location if you're looking for a relaxing environment. There is a local farmers market on Saturday mornings and excellent coffee at Patticakes right down the road or take a 5 min drive to Elianos. The host, Greg, is super to work with and quick to respond to any needs you may have.

This is the third time that Mark and Dianna I've stayed in my unit. They are super super easy to communicate with and they leave the unit pretty close to the way that they received it. Super clean. My clean service always rates them a five. Although their stay this time was less than perfect due to an issue with another tenant I have to say they're super understanding and great communication skills.

We absolutely LOVED the Gainesville Hideaway. The location was perfect and the place was spotless and clean. It was also right in Haile Plantation's beautiful village which was magical at Christmas time with all the lights. We highly recommend it and we will definitely return!

After some initial check-in issues, we loved our game weekend at this unit. It was beautiful and right on the downtown of Haile Plantation, so restaurants and a pub are, literally, right across the street! We would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed at Greg's condo, after our AC stopped working in the middle of the summer, and had to be replaced. The host was extremely accommodating on short notice over the weekend. The view of the downtown village center in Haile Plantation was great, and we enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants and farmers market on Saturday. This is a great place if you are new to visiting Gainesville, or needed a breath of fresh air like us. Would highly recommend.
