The Space:

The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the remaining bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable queen-size beds. Bedroom 5 is a private retreat located in the backyard, perfect for added privacy

The open-concept layout includes a bright living room, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Skylights flood the space with natural light, creating a cheerful and inviting environment for lounging, dining, or socializing.

Guest Access:
Private parking for 4 cars + Free street parking.
-Check-ins are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is only available during these hours to assist with any issues that may come up, so in order to offer you the best experience, check-in outside of these set of hours will be not authorized.
- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed and that there is an extra charge.

Other Things to Note:
The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded.

There is no central AC/heating in the house however there is a mini split in the living room.

Policies:
- Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.
- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so there are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.
- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.
