With 4 closed bedrooms + a second living room that can easily serve as a 5th bedroom, everyone has their own space to relax. The upstairs bedroom, featuring a queen bed and a desk, is ideal for those looking to combine rest and remote work with a peaceful view.



The main living area is warm and inviting, perfect for cozy evenings after a day outdoors. The basement offers a second lounge with TV and games area - ideal for families or groups.



The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, whether it’s a slow morning breakfast or a dinner to enjoy together.

Guest Access:

A private parking space at least 3.35 meters wide is available. Alternatively, a public parking space reserved for people with disabilities, clearly marked with signage or pavement markings, is also accessible. The main entrance to the accommodation has a minimum width of 81 centimeters, making access easier for all guests.

In winter:

- Alpine skiing at Mount Sutton (20 min)

- Alpine skiing at Bromont (30 min)

Getting Around:

A car is strongly recommended to fully enjoy the Dunham and Eastern Townships region, as attractions and services are spread out across the countryside. Free on-site parking is available for guests.



The chalet is located directly on the Wine Route, making it easy to explore nearby vineyards, cider houses, and villages such as Dunham, Frelighsburg, and Sutton.



Most activities are within a short drive:



Sutton (skiing, hiking, outdoor activities): ~20 minutes

Bromont: ~30 minutes

Local wineries and gourmet stops: 5–15 minutes

Lake Brome area: ~15 minutes



In winter, winter tires are strongly recommended due to variable road conditions in rural and mountainous areas. Roads are generally well maintained, but weather can change quickly in the Eastern Townships.
