Guests have full access to the entire home, back patio, and private outdoor spaces. Free on-site parking is available. The property is not shared—you`ll enjoy full privacy throughout your stay.

Located in beautiful Palm Desert, you`re close to golf courses, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, and the famous El Paseo district. Whether you`re exploring the desert or relaxing poolside, this location offers the perfect mix of convenience and peace.

Getting Around
A car is recommended to explore the area comfortably. Free driveway parking is available. While the neighborhood of the Palm Valley Country Club is quiet and walkable, many of Palm Desert’s best attractions are a short drive away.

We`ve streamlined the check-in/out process for you so there is no front desk, or physical keys that need to be picked up.

If you`re unable to reach one of us, please use the emergency contact number provided in your House Manual sent prior to check-in.

IMPORTANT:
To help ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection. You may choose a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers minor accidental incidents and is our most convenient and guest-preferred option. Alternatively, you may opt for a fully refundable Security Deposit, which is returned in full after your stay, provided no damage is reported.

How to stay like a local:
There are so many awesome things to see, do, eat, and drink just steps away from your Rental.

That being said, to help you have the best stay possible, we have a few tips for your stay.

1. You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other locals.

2. All of our Rentals are smoke-free environments. Including the entire Rental property.

3. Pets are NOT allowed in this Rental for any reason. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they aren’t, just go ahead and message us!

5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to your Rental, you’re responsible for their actions.

6. There are occupancy limits Roav Stays must follow for each of our buildings. Help us follow the rules.

7. We’re here to help! Roav Stays is managed locally. If you have any questions at all feel free to message us!

FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN: (all charges in $USD, unless otherwise noted)

Unauthorized Late Check Out : $25 dollars each half hour after check-out time. Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out

Smoking in Room/Common Area:
$200 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit

Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed

Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item

Noise Complaints: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00

Party in the property: Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Roav Stays

Unauthorized pets: $150/day

The golf course is private property. Walking, running, playing, pets, etc., are prohibited on the golf course at anytime of the day or night.When it comes to the common areas of the HOA, all pets must be kept on a leash. Pets are never allowed in the pool areas. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of animal waste at the rental location not in pool trash cans. No parking is allowed between 12am and 6am on Palm Valley Drive.The City prohibits the use of radios, musical instruments, sound systems and other sound-emitting devices outside a home or rental property between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection.
