This 1100 sq ft (101 m2) unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is on the 11th floor. The apartment has a spacious living/dining room, a full kitchen with all appliances and a comfortable balcony with views of the city and the canal. There are rooms with washers and dryers on each floor and a mini market that also serves a variety of hot and cold foods and drinks.



This unit is perfect for up to 6 people, there are 4 double beds. A crib and air mattress are also available if needed. The large walk-in closet is perfect for your suitcases and other items.





This condo has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Want more? Sure, we provide beach towels, umbrella and portable cooler. The building has a large swimming pool and from there you have access to the quiet beaches (you don't need to cross the avenue to get to the beach). You can also use the gym and walk in the gardens.



The building is located IN FRONT of the sea! But it is also minutes away from excellent restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The closest well-known and chic shopping center is the Aventura Mall.

Perfect for a family of 6

Family of 6, all over age of 18 enjoyed this location and unit. Well staffed, always saw security walking around, nice pool and beach access. Plenty of space in unit with nicely equipped kitchen. Communication was great. Will stay here again!

Great accommodations, location

The rental unit was very accommodating for our group of 4 people. The owner made sure we had everything needed for relaxing at the beach, restful sleep, and fully stocked kitchen. The location cannot be beat for staying in Hollywood area. Aside from traffic, you are within 0.5 miles of stores and shopping, even a casino/racetrack.

Good location, direct beach access through the pool which is very convenient with kids. That is the main reason we choose Tides. Kitchen has all necessary equipment to enjoy a short term vacation.

Enjoyable stay at the beach

Condo is exactly as seen in pics. Everything was clean. Beach is perfect and the free umbrella and beach chairs are a great feature. Pools are very nice, just wish they stayed open a little later. Overall it was a great trip and Ana helped make the check-in process a breeze. Would definitely stay here again

Clean but dated

Had to have a bracelet and check in with office before checkin, kind of pain. Had family give us a ride from key west, asked if they could stay night,as capacity was 6 and that would be eight for one night, so they would not have to drive back, denied. But that is the rules. Coffee pot did not work first morning, but replaced same day. Would not stay again

Great Place, Great Location

This was my first time renting a VRBO and it was a great first experience! The condo looked exactly like the photos. We had 4 adults in our group and the 2 bedroom condo was perfect with 2 beds in each room, so we all had our own beds. The place was very clean and the balcony was a nice touch. The location was great, right on the beach and it even includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella with our stay. I would definitely stay there again!

Very good!

Very good location. Pool was good and access to beach. Condo was clean and spacious. Bldg was nice. The fee for the key fobs was unusual and high but that is not owners doing. Service was good. Would definately rent again.
