This unit is perfect for accommodating up to 6 people (4 adults maximum), there are 2 double beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. We also have a cot and air mattress if needed. The large walk-in closet is perfect for your suitcases.

Of course, the building is located IN FRONT of the sea with a large swimming pool and from there you have access to the quiet beaches (you don't need to cross the avenue to enjoy the water and sand). You can also use the gym and walk in the building's gardens. There are rooms with washing machines and dryers on each floor of the building and a mini market where they serve various foods and drinks.

Our location is excellent, minutes from excellent restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers. The closest well-known and chic shopping center is the Aventura Mall. We are located about 25 minutes from the Miami airport and about 15 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport.
