Owner host was adequately responsive. On-site host gave a thorough explanation of the arrival process. Easy enough check-in. Getting the parking tag, security fob and access bracelet for pool grounds can be a chore if you arrive outside of “office hours” (9-5). Just need a little patience. The unit was as described. One thing to note- the living room photo showed two sofas but there was only one. The second one would have been nice since we used the existing couch as a pullout for a third bed. The pool was lovely and the employees kept it in order and ensured everyone followed the rules, which we found refreshing. Having easy access to the beach was amazing. Lots in the area as described in the listing. Very happy with our stay.

property was nice. unit was a little outdated in kitchen and bath and beds were supposed to be queen sized but were full, too small for two adults.

The room was terrible. It was old and poorly maintained. It needs an upgrade. The pool and grounds were clean and well maintained and the property was very secure. The hotel rep who greeted us was Great.

Beautiful vacation!!

We stayed at this condo for 1 week and it was perfect!! 2 adults and 2 childrens 2 and 5 years old. Plenty of space for the luggages, strollers. Everything is close, the beach, pool, stores, restaurants. Loved that we could go to the beach and go back to the condo for lunch and go back. The kids loved it. The bathroom needs some improvments but nothing major. Condo is super clean. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided.. i will for sure go back.!! The staff was veryyyy nice and Stan, the condo manager was always available and nice!! Thank you for memorable vacation :) Anne-Marie

I liked that there was room for 4 of us to sleep comfortably. The amenities in the condo were very basic at best. Although the towels were clean, they were old and some were stained. The bare minimum was done to make it easy on the guests and for some that would be enough but we were not happy about that. However, Pablo was great and very helpful and communicative which we all really appreciated!

Très déçu.

Le condo ne correspondait pas à nos attentes, ni à sa description ni à ses photos. La table de la cuisine était usée et repoussante. Le store de la chambre était fini et la moitié des lattes manquait. De la rouille sur le lavabo de la salle de bains. La poignée de la robinetterie du bain était brisée. Des ampoules brûlées dans le four, au dessus de la plaque de cuisson, dans la lampe du salon. Seulement deux cintres dans les placards. Les murs du condo ont un besoin criant de peinture. Équipement de cuisine minimal. Pas de mitaines de four. Je ne recommanderais à personne d’utiliser vos services car les informations que vous données sur votre site ne reflètent pas la réalité voire sont trompeuses.

Parfait pour un séjour à la plage

Excellent séjour! La localisation de l’établissement sur la plage était géniale et demande peu d’organisation avec les enfants. Le condo possédait tout le nécessaire pour la plage. L’espace ouvert central lumineux et grand. Seul les lits étaient un peu décevant et pourraient être changés. Cuisine bien équipée. Pablo nous a bien accueilli. Nous gardons le Tides et ce condo en tête pour le futur!

Overall great stay

Overall we had a great stay. The location is great, the city view at night is beautiful, the condo was spacious and had a full furnished kitchen. We did wash the linens and towels they provided prior to using it. It seems the previous renters might’ve washed it without any detergent or they did not dry it completely as they smelled wet. Other than that, everything else was great.

Great Location on the beach. Apartment could use a facelift.

The beach and pool were great but we were disappointed with the apartment as it did not look like the pictures on the listing. Pablo was excellent and did everything he could to make up for what the apartment was lacking. In the end we just were not happy with the condition of the apartment.

Everything we hoped for!

The manager Pedro was there to greet us on time and was very helpful and professional. The unit was clean and beautiful with a sweet view of the new guitar shaped Hardrock Hotel & Casio going up and a great sunset. Close to everything and the walk all the way along the coast (Hollywood/Ocean Blvd) was awesome and good exercise. Overall a great experience.

Disappointed

View disappointing. Communication VERY difficult if you speak only English. The room is poorly supplied. Everything about maneuvering around this facilitiy is difficult. It seemed more like an Apartment high rise that had some vacation rentals mixed in. You can’t even get a cart to take your things up without first going to the office to get the key to unlock it. Washer pressure very poor. Washer and dryers sat in the hallway unhooked all week. Had one hand towel supplied for 2 people and had to get more. Pablo was very nice but communication was very difficult. Pool was nice and also beach. Would not stay here again

Is very unfair to leave 1 star, when the only problem that you had with the unit was the hand towels, it was a mistake and we immediately provide you more. We have more than 15 properties listed and never had "communication problems"

Excellent Location and Nice Accommodation

I had an excellent stay in this property in November, 2018. The facilities are fine and very clean. Easy parking and enjoyable balcony view. The pool facility was especially nice and the location was outstanding to visit both Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Bedroom and bath accommodation is best for 2 people only but is manageable for 4 people. I highly recommend this rental.

Nice place....but

The condo was clean and very nice as was the facility. However, the condo rules & regiment can be very frustrating. What's allowable & what isn't is never expressed clearly. Quite honestly some of the rules are bit overbearing. That said location is good
