Welcome to the Westwood Rowhouse, a spacious and thoughtfully designed 1,080 sq ft tri-level home located in West Seattle’s vibrant Westwood neighborhood. With natural light pouring in, modern touches, and inviting décor, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

- 1st Floor: Bedroom/Study with queen-size futon + full bath
- 2nd Floor: Living room, kitchen, balcony, and patio with outdoor seating
- 3rd Floor: Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, including a primary bedroom with a private balcony and outdoor seating, plus a full shared bathroom.

Whether you’re cooking in, heading out, or lounging with your furry friend, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and West Seattle charm.

Parking:
Entry and assigned parking are accessed through a quiet alleyway behind the home, offering added privacy and reduced street noise for a more peaceful stay.

Security:
For your safety and ours, we have installed a doorbell security camera our home. It will be on at all times.

Other things to note:
While I am not physically present on the property, I am always available and just a quick message away if you need any assistance during your stay.

We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:
- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)
- Load and run the dishwasher
- Empty all trash and recycling
- Ensure all windows and doors are locked
- Scan QR code by front door to notify our cleaners of your departure
