The Space:

Upon entering, you are welcomed into the expansive gourmet kitchen. Custom tinted concrete countertops and high-end appliances invite culinary exploration, all while you gaze out the picture windows at the majestic redwood trees and sweeping vistas. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room provides an elegant setting for memorable meals. Gather around the beautiful dining table, with comfortable seating for eight, and enjoy the warm ambiance of the fireplace. Flowing seamlessly from the dining area is the inviting living room where you can unwind on comfortable leather furniture and enjoy a movie night on the 65-inch smart TV.



The private quarters of the home continue the theme of rustic, elevated comfort. You will find three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, each thoughtfully decorated to be a personal sanctuary. Here, elevated style blends seamlessly with rustic charm; natural textures and curated details create private havens designed for deep relaxation and restorative comfort.



The primary suite is a true sanctuary designed for ultimate rest and rejuvenation. Located further down the hall for privacy, this spacious room features a king bed with a luxurious Casper mattress, a dresser, a dedicated work desk, and a comfortable seating area. Beautifully crafted to bring the outdoors in, double glass doors open directly onto the private backyard, offering immediate access to the grassy lawn.



The second bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable queen-sized bed. It looks out onto the meticulously cultivated permaculture grounds and includes a dresser and a full closet.



The third bedroom is a private haven featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed, a full closet, and a large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a back patio, providing private access to the outdoors and lovely views of the flowering hillside.



For entertainment, the sophisticated Billiards Room is designed with adults in mind. This stylish space features a dry bar, a dartboard, a professional pool table, and comfortable leather seating. The room opens onto the delightful private patio with its fire pit, making it the perfect spot for an evening cocktail under the stars.



The home features two beautifully designed bathrooms. Positioned between the first guest room and the Primary suite, the main bathroom is a spa-like escape, boasting a deep soaking tub, a full separate shower, and a double vanity with restful views of the forested oasis. A second full bathroom, conveniently located next to the third bedroom, includes a shower over another deep soaking tub.



The property’s outdoor spaces are a true extension of the home. The main panoramic deck greets you upon arrival, offering an outdoor dining table for taking in the sunset. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a dedicated deck with a propane BBQ and seating. The entire property is a 5-acre permaculture oasis, featuring an orchard, bee-friendly plants, and towering redwoods. Benches and tables are thoughtfully placed along the property’s pathways, ensuring you will always find a perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery.



Guest Access:

Enjoy seamless and private access to your getaway. The property is equipped with a smart lock for easy, keyless entry. You will receive your unique access code prior to your arrival, allowing you to check in at your leisure after the designated check-in time.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire single-level home and are invited to explore the full 5 acres of the private land. Make this sanctuary entirely your own during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

This secluded haven is located on a private hill above the hamlet of Freestone, the gateway to the scenic Bohemian Highway. You are a short walk from the town’s famous attractions, including the Wildflower Bakery, Osmosis Day Spa, and local wineries. This unique location places you perfectly between the rolling hills of wine country and the rugged coast, close to beautiful coastal trails, hidden beaches, fresh seafood, and the charming towns of Sebastopol, Bodega Bay and Occidental.



Getting Around:

A car is essential for exploring the region. Parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles. Please note: there is no street parking, so all cars must fit in the driveway.

- 7 minutes to Occidental

- 10 minutes to Sebastopol

- 15 minutes to the Sonoma Coast

- 15 minutes to the Russian River



Other Things to Note:

This property does not allow pets, except for service animals. If you’re bringing a service animal, please let us know before you arrive.



We kindly request that the Billiards Room remain an adults-only space, free of children and pets, to preserve its sophisticated decor and equipment.



Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, per local regulations. There is no street parking; all vehicles must fit in the designated on-site parking area.



The hot tub located on the back deck is currently out of order. We kindly ask guests not to attempt to turn it on or use it during their stay. Thank you for your understanding!



📌To ensure a seamless check-in, all guests must complete a quick pre-check-in verification through our secure guest portal; a link will be sent after your booking is confirmed.



📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
