A violation fee of $500 will be assessed. ✔ Report any issues within 24 hours of arrival. ✔ Unauthorized early check-in/late checkout incurs a fee equal to peak nightly rate. ✔ Cancellations and refunds follow platform policies. ✔ We recommend travel insurance. Refunds aren’t guaranteed during outages or severe weather. ✔ Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Neighbor complaints may lead to termination without refund. ✔ In alignment with the Department of Environmental Conservation’s efforts to prevent pollution and wildfires, any fire created outside of a designated fire pit by guests or tenants is strictly prohibited and subject to a $5,000 fine.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on Lake Candlewood! The house was spotless, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the biggest highlights for us was being able to bring our boat up from New Jersey and keep it right at the dock and made our trip even more enjoyable. We spent our days out on the lake and our evenings relaxing on the deck with stunning views of the water. The location was peaceful but still close enough to stores and restaurants when we needed them. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process seamless. We’re already looking forward to our next trip back!

1st class Lake FRONT w/ million dollar views; however, it will be difficult for the elderly to go up and down the steps from the house to the dock on the lake. Beautiful exterior masonry. Only complaint there should be instructions provided for guests on how to use all the different air conditioners and electronics.

With about 2,600 sq ft of living space, it includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and sits on a well-maintained 0.28-acre lot. Originally built in 1978, we've carefully maintained and upgraded it over the years, adding storm-resilient features like a rebuilt stairway to the lake, a restored gazebo, and updated lighting that meets lake authority standards. The combination of lakefront living, solid construction, and a serene setting makes this home truly special, especially in a neighborhood where many properties don’t have direct water access.
