Your card will not be charged unless damage occurs, and you will be notified of any damage and associated costs before a charge is processed. Guests may alternatively choose to pay a one-time, nonrefundable damage-protection fee instead of providing a security deposit.

For reservations on VRBO and direct bookings, a small cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled.

****One, small, well-behaved dog allowed. (No cats) $100 Pet fee required to cover the cost of extra cleaning. Fee paid through Airbnb or other options. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the beds or furniture. Pets must be kenneled if left at home or brought with you when you leave. All poop must be cleaned up before check-out. Any found will result in additional charges for a pet clean-up service.

****Pool can be heated and is $100 per day to heat the pool. Spa heat fee is $25 per day. Please contact host at least 2 days in advance to coordinate and confirm payment. Payment will be made through Airbnb or other options.

BBQ and fire pit operate on gas that is hard-lined.

TVs are smart TVs (cable not provided). You can log on with one of your streaming services to watch your favorite programming.

Housekeeping is required and provided every 30 days for an additional charge on all stays over 30 days.

Please note that vehicles with a company logo on them can only be parked in the driveway for 90 minutes at a time; otherwise, they must be pulled into the garage. This is per the HOA rules, and will result in fines.
