You may freely fish from the dock with your fishing gear. Please note that the fishing gear located on poles in the boats are reserved for those booking a boat rentals or Fishing Charters, so please do not remove from boat at any time.

Mornings start with coffee by the water. Spend the day fishing off the 120’ dock just below, exploring the river by kayak or boat, or simply relaxing on your expansive back deck overlooking the water.

Evenings are for gathering around the fire pit, grilling out, watching the sun set from your back porch, or enjoying the outdoor gazebo and sitting areas that overlook the water.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need: a cooking-ready kitchen, comfortable beds, new cotton linens, fluffy new towels and bathroom essentials, and all the comforts of lake life.

Whether you're reconnecting with loved ones, getting away to write or reflect, or booking a family-friendly adventure, your stay here will be peaceful, private, and memorable.

Guests are offered access to our 120’ boat dock (shared with other guests who may be in 1 of our 3 rental property’s on-site), plus other outdoor amenities such as gazebos and picnic areas, a large firepit and relaxing surrounding stone patio with community grill area (although each home has its own grill on their decks), plus a 42' X 22' concrete pad for use as a pickleball/ tennis/ or volleyball court (we provide the court set-up, racquets and balls including football and soccer balls). Life-sized games like giant Jenga for indoor or outdoor fun are also on property. Indoor board games are provided, too.

This home has a fully glass enclosed (floor to ceiling windows) Sun Porch with amazing waterfront views for peace and serenity, or for use as an indoor entertainment area.
