We stayed here for 2 weeks, and it was like a home away from home. The house was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was coffee, boxes of Kleenex, and some bathroom supplies in case you forget something like a toothbrush). The creek in the backyard was a cool feature! The host called me a couple of days into our stay just to check on us and to see if we needed anything. There was ample parking...even covered parking! We had a truck, trailer, and motorcycles with us. I really enjoyed my daily walks to Rolater Park, and the house is conveniently located to walk downtown to enjoy shops and restaurants (there are only a few restaurants, but everything we tried was great!). Cave Spring is a small, quiet town. We chose that location to be close to Cedartown, where my son and his wife were having a baby so we could be just down the road from them (we didn't want to be in their way with a newborn) and have a vacation at the same time. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Plenty of room

This property is as advertised and has plenty of room for 8 people. Parking is wonderful as we had 5 vehicles here with plenty of parking and in and out options. The creek is pretty and the backyard is very large. There is no cable television but has smart televisions and wifi/internet. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Cave Spring Visit

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The house was very cute and clean, and the beds were big and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and all other items were available for washing up. Our host was quick to respond, and the location was just a couple minutes walk from town. (Great restaurants and quaint shops.) We also liked the creek behind the house, and the big back yard. We definitely will stay again when we’re in the area!

Our visit to Cave Springs

The manager was very responsive. We knew we would be arriving late at night and he left lights on inside the house, just as he said. Such a warm welcome.

The septuc tank needs pumping. Evertime you use water for any thing whole house smells like septic. I couldn’t stay for a whole week it just reeked and didn’t get money back. Disgusting and full of cockroaches

First of all we do not have septic system, It is City sewer, guest never mentioned about any issues, in fact guess mentioned, everything was great, and checkout early, we did ask the guest to cancel his remaining days reservation in order to get refund, there was no Response. There was lack of communication on guests part. We never had any issues in last three years and all our previous guests submitted 5 star review.
