Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

A bright yellow façade and charming front porch with a bench swing and Adirondack chairs set the tone of joy and relaxation upon arrival—curl up with the latest beach read or savor iced tea beneath the overhead fan’s gentle breeze. French doors lead into the first-floor great room, accented by a refined coffered ceiling. To one side is the living space, where a soft sofa and 2 matching armchairs surround a 70” Smart TV. The opposite side of the great room hosts the chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with GE appliances and plentiful counter space. Entertain loved ones and mini taste-testers at the 4-seat breakfast bar and island, which overlooks the 6-person dining table and living area. At the back of the home is a screened-in porch furnished with a table, wicker chairs, and an overhead fan.
