Die Renovierung des Camp Watercolor-Pools ist abgeschlossen und die Pools sind geöffnet. Es gibt einen Zero-Entry-Pool, einen Lazy River, Rutschen und einen Handtuch- / Lebensmittel- / Getränkeservice. Der Beach Club Pool befindet sich ebenfalls im Aufbau. Der alte / bestehende Teil des Beach Clubs wird entkernt und der neu renovierte Beach Club soll bis Ende Juni fertiggestellt sein. Die beiden neuen Pools an diesem Standort werden bis Ende des Jahres fertiggestellt.

Phase I befindet sich in zentraler Lage zum Watercolor Beach Club, zu den sechs Pools von Watercolor, zum Western Lake, zum Tennis Center und neben Seaside.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist der perfekte Ort für eine kleine Familie! Genießen Sie die Privatsphäre und den Luxus, Ihr eigenes geräumiges, schönes Cottage mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Vollbädern, Holzböden, 20 Fuß hohen Decken im großen Raum und gewölbten Decken im schönen Master mit einem Kingsize-Bett zu haben. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen, je nachdem, ob Sie an den Stränden Seaside oder Watercolor unterwegs sind. The house was very clean and exactly what we needed and expected from the pictures. Miki was a perfect host. Perfect

We loved our time in Watercolor. Cozy Cottage was perfect for our young family of 4. Our girls loved having their room together and that it wasn’t far from ours. So much space, loved coffee on the back porch. Everything was clean and updated. Location is amazing.. we loved biking to beach club, seaside, and watercolor camp. No need for golf cart for us.

Great Location!

I can’t say enough about this property! Miki was wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive to any questions I had. The house is perfectly situated next to Seaside to quickly walk into town to enjoy the area. This is our 7th time to 30A and 2nd time in Watercolor and would absolutely return to this property!

The BEST Stay on 30A

This was by far the BEST VRBO we have ever rented! As other reviews have shared, Miki goes above and beyond to ensure that those staying in her home feel welcomed. Through two calls leading up to our stay Miki made sure to answer all of our questions and provide recommendations for various things to do and see in the area given the age and interests of our kids. In addition to Miki being a great host, the home was even better than we could have imagined. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the linens and beds were so comfortable, and the level of attention to even the smallest details was above and beyond. We traveled with our two children, ages 10 and 14, and the house was the perfect fit for our needs. It is also perfectly situated in the neighborhood with a quick walk to Seaside and a quick bike ride to the pools and beach, but also tucked back on a very quiet, street that provided the perfect private retreat at the end of the day. We had so much fun during our stay, we decided to stay for another week and rented a home nearby. We quickly learned that what Miki offers with this home is above and beyond compared to other rentals. We look forward to coming back and staying here again next summer!!

Great time during spring break!

2 adults and 2 kids (9) and (5). The owner was exceptional to work with from booking to arrival through check out. She was able to accommodate our odd arrival time and was quick to suggest some rainy-day activities when we needed. Would happily stay again!

Wonderful vacation!

The house itself is in a perfect location for both an easy walk into Seaside and a beautiful stroll over to the beach club, and all the amenities that watercolor has to offer! We literally could not have picked a better location for both! Miki was hands-down, the best VBRO person we’ve ever worked with - so informative and helpful. She went above and beyond to try to make our stay as special as possible and was so quick with any answers or help with suggestions whenever we’ve needed it. The house itself is beautifully equipped with everything that you need! We loved the porch and sat outside every morning with our coffees. Absolutely recommend!

Perfect Thanksgiving Vacation

My wife, daughter and my sister recently stayed at this house for the week of Thanksgiving. The location was perfectly situated between Watercolor and Seaside. We could walk out the back door and be in the seaside town square in less than five minutes. Miki was super responsive and thoughtful, and ensured our stay was perfect from start to finish. The home is beautiful and gives plenty of relaxing space for everyone. Will definitely book again!

There is nothing negative I could say about this property & the booking/checking in the home. The owner has thought of everything. We had a great getaway before the holidays, rented bikes had them delivered, that was nice. Everything is on 1 level, kitchen is stocked even though we ate out most of the time, 3 minute walk to town square. Definitely would stay again thanks for sharing your home!!!

Great house in a perfect location

This is a great little house in a perfect location in Watercolor. One block via bike to a cut through to Seaside, and a couple blocks in either directions to the pool and beach. The house itself is in great shape and was perfect for our family of four. The property manager was extremely helpful and very good at communicating. She provided our group a check list of things (bike rental, golf cart rental, chair rental, etc.). Made it super easy to get set up. Would highly recommend. My only criticism of watercolor in general (and this is not specific to this property) is these RFID wristbands you must keep with you to access them the pools or beaches. I get that they don’t want everybody to show up at the pools, but the wrist bands are easy to lose and a pain to dig through your bag when you’re carrying a days worth of beach supplies. Oh well!

Miki does such a wonderful job making sure everything is ready for a great vacation. The house is well equipped and we love the layout for our crew. Thank you for such a lovely stay in Watercolor! We could not have been happier with our stay. The property was just as described, and had everything we needed. Such an amazing location, just a short walk away from the beach and all of the action in Seaside. Our host was exceptional! We felt so welcome. It truly felt like our own home away from home. Cozy Cottage is amazing and perfect for watercolor stay

This property is top notch, more than the description and pictures illustrate. It’s extremely clean, cozy, lots of room, back porch privacy, has all amenities you need. Decor is warm and inviting. Location is the best in Watercolor because you can step outside the back door and it’s a very short walk on the beautiful path to town and the beach. The host is wonderful and very responsive. We went for girls trip & will be back!

Made us a repeat customer

I was skeptical of a rental property that had only 5 star reviews, but I couldnt agree more after our stay. It's easy to tell the place is special to the owner and she wants her guests to feel the same. The cathedral ceilings make the house feel large yet comfortable, and the living space is nicely separated from the bedrooms. Overall the place was also much cleaner than others we've stayed at, and well maintained. The location is great as well with quick and easy access to Seaside, the beach, Camp Watercolor, and Publix. We are already looking forward to staying here again next year.

Wonderful time in Watercolor

Our family of 4, including kids 4 and 6, enjoyed 4 wonderful days at Miki’s Watercolor home. First, the property and host. This is the nicest beach vacation home that we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The house was the perfect size for our family, was well-maintained, and well-stocked. Miki is an excellent host - similar to the house itself, she was the best VRBO host I’ve ever dealt with. A great communicator, very knowledgeable of the area, and an all around gracious host. Second, the area. Watercolor / Seaside is a wonderful area. This was our first time visiting, and won’t be our last. The house is well located in a quiet corner of the Watercolor community. We were able to bike or walk everywhere (recommend bike trailers for small kids and beach / pool gear). Renting a golf cart would be a nice convenience, but is not at all a necessity. Seaside Town Center is a short walk from the house. We were also able to enjoy the pools and amenities at Camp Watercolor and Watercolor Beach Club. Overall this was a great trip at a top notch property and we will be back!!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful time! Clean house, nice decor and a perfect location. Literally steps to Seaside shops (a very easy 2-3 min walk) and a short bike ride to all of the Watercolor amenities. We loved staying at Miki’s property. It was very clean, had everything we needed and very close to Camp Watercolor and Watercolor Inn. The communication was excellent, and made the stay just that much better!
