You will have access to full one bedroom one bathroom apartment with a living room and seating area in front of the house. The second part of the house may be rented by another guest.

The house is only short 5 min walk from Stony Brook University. And a 5 min car ride from the Historic Village of Stony Brook situated by the water. You can walk the beach or explore the town. There is a beautiful pond where you enjoy the wildlife and a hidden trail leading to the Avalon Park
