A full refund will be provided as long as the guest cancels on their end and the required information is submitted at least 48 hours before the check-in date. ➤ LATE CHECK OUT POLICY Requests submitted less than 24 hours before check-out will generally NOT be accommodated due to cleaner scheduling and incoming guest arrivals. Exceptions may be considered only when there is no same-day check-in scheduled.
A. Guests who remain in the unit past the scheduled check-out time without prior written approval may be subject to a $100 late departure penalty.
B. Any unapproved late check-out is considered a House Rule violation and will result in a $250 fee due to the impact on cleaner scheduling, turnover preparation, operational disruptions, and incoming guest check-in readiness.
C. Additional charges may apply for documented losses, guest compensation, relocation costs, additional cleaning expenses, or other operational impacts caused by the delayed departure.

It was a beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment very spacious lots of natural sunlight washer and dryer with laundry soap on site. Anything that you may need to cook or prep you have the tools to do so host was very understanding of my situation and even gave me not only a discount on parking but a 10% discount again when I book I would definitely be booking again

Our property manager was super. He always responded in a timely manner and was helpful with everything we needed. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, which to me is one of the most important things when not staying at home! Location was great for us since we were able to walk to both US Bank stadium and Target stadium. Public transportation was available in close proximity as well.

The location of the property was very convenient. We walked from the property to everywhere we wanted to go, including everywhere in the downtown area. The property was very clean and fresh and looked exactly as represented in the property description.The only problem we encountered was with respect to the parking location. The instructions for the parking location were not as clear as we would have hoped. We were ultimately told to park our vehicle in a construction area adjacent to the condo building. We did not use our vehicle during our stay in Minneapolis, but when we went to leave, our vehicle and others nearby had been vandalized. Fortunately, we had not locked our vehicle, so while our vehicle had been illegally entered into, and the one item left in the vehicle had been stolen, there was no damage to our vehicle. Perhaps the owner will be able to find a safer parking solution.
