Lage! Diese drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, 1350sqf Haus Die 3 Schlafzimmer verfügen über Betten für 7 Personen sowie ein Schlafsofa im zweiten Schlafzimmer, das sich zu einem Doppelbett und einem Klappbett öffnet, ist ebenfalls erhältlich. Beide sind sehr bequem! Dieses Haus bietet Platz für insgesamt 9 Personen. Zuhause beinhaltet alles was Sie brauchen und es ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet. Home umfasst Smart-TVs, die mit Netflix und allen Kabelkanälen sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch im Hauptschlafzimmer verwendet werden können, Wi-Fi, Waschmaschine und Trockner und mehr.

Die hohen Decken und Oberlichter machen dies zu einem hellen und einladenden Raum. Holzofen Kamin. Es gab auch einen coolen Spielraum, in dem man sich im Haus vergnügen kann. Beinhaltet einen perfekten Platz im Freien zum Sitzen und Grillen unter einer überdachten Terrasse. Viele alte Bäume vermitteln ein parkähnliches Gefühl. Du wirst es lieben!

Dieses Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom medizinischen Zentrum von San Antonio entfernt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und friedlich. Sie haben alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, wie zum Beispiel Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Benzin, Lebensmittel, Kirche und alle Arten von Restaurants. Das Einkaufszentrum Northstar, die Parks und den Flughafen erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in etwa 5 Minuten. 10 Autominuten zum Zoo, zum Botanischen Garten und zum berühmten Flohmarkt von San Antonio. 15 Minuten Fahrt zu Six Flags, Downtown & Riverwalk, Sea World und mehr. Perfekt in der Mitte von allem gelegen!

Relaxing Oasis

The property was clean and very nice to stay in. The only thing that i did not like about the property was that the water was cold and did not keep a consistent warm/ hot temperature in the shower. Over all it was comfortable to stay in.

Excellent location!

The home was spotless when we arrived even though the cleaning lady was still working and surprised with our arrival. It was during the time change so we thought nothing of that. We would not rebook during the heat of summer since the A/C does not really cool the house. It was an excellent location...easily within driving distance to all area attractions. The patio was nice and the fenced back yard perfect for our dog.

Overnight stay in San Antonio

My family and I stayed here for just one night before our early flight the next morning. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were nice for our family of 4 adults and 4 children. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool table. I had a couple issues with the home but nothing I felt needed attention right away since we were only there for the night. Daniel was very responsive and was made aware of the issues so he could make them right before his next guests checked in. Daniels home is only 15 minutes to airport so it was super convenient for us.

Very disappointed about our stay

The house has very nice potential,but there was a lot of things that were not done before the stay. I paid a lot of money to stay in the house and I didn't receive the amenities that were listed. My first time trying this out and my last.. Also communication is key I am a business owner and I am big on that and communication took hrs,we traveled a long way for my family to be unhappy. I feel the price was not worth it also there are a bunch of things that we can be charged for but what happens when the property didnt offer all the emeneties and the main selling point being the pool.

Review of Stay

The property was nice, it was an older home that did not have enough cabinet space in the kitchen. The toilet did not work the first night but it was replace the next morning which was GREAT! I'd suggest the owner purchase toilet paper holders - I know there is no space to put on the wall but a stand up holder would work great.

The place looked great in the pictures, but in reality…not so much. The pool had not been cleaned upon our arrival, left for some food and returned as the pool person was leaving and it looked like he hardly touched it which was a bummer since we were really looking forward to it. The game room sounded fun, but it was way too cramped to actually play pool without bumping into walls.The whole house had a weird smell we couldn’t quite figure out, and to top it off, WiFi was not working and we couldn’t connect to the tv’s. Communication with the host was super slow; we had to wait hours just to get simple answers.Overall, it just didn’t live up to the listing. Definitely not what we were hoping for.

Great stay, needs some updating.

Our overall stay was nice. The pool was clean and large enough to accommodate all of us (5 kids & 2 adults). The house was very clean, well stocked (dishes, towels, blankets, etc.) and close to everything. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions or concerns. The house just needs some updating. The couches weren’t comfortable since they were damaged and we couldn’t get one of the recliners to close. The only other thing were the showers. The master bath rod kept falling and the guest shower head fell when turned on. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Renter Beware

The pictures don’t accurately reflect the property. Broken blinds, exposed plumbing, dirty dishes and a smelly dishwasher are a few noteworthy items. It was unacceptable, so we left early. In exchange for not giving a bad review, the owners agreed to a full refund. 6 weeks later and hours of follow up resulted in us getting back 25%.

Sorry about your experience Tory, you checked in that afternoon and did not send us your concerns until 9:44pm, which did not give us time to address any of your concerns as you also stated you were leaving the next morning. We did change your reservation to cancel the 2nd day of your stay which was refunded. However, you decision to stay is why we were not able to refund you as well as your comment "I don't want to put up a bad review, so hoping we can part ways." We could not allow you to stay for free, these types of threats do not usually end well. Again we apologize but there are plenty of other comments that will show this is a good home.

Nicely remodeled home with amneities.

The home looks great and is very nice overall. However, attempts to save money detract from the overall experience. The master shower, though beautiful, was barely a trickle and made showering a chore. Worse, we arrived on the first day to find the temperature in the house was almost 100 degrees due to the policy of shutting off the air when leaving the house. It took into the night before it reached a comfortable temperature. If these issues were fixed though, the house would easily be five-stars!

Disappointing

I specifically booked this place because of the pool table and dart board. There was no dart board when arrived. The pool table was too wobbly to play on and almost all pool sticks were too damaged to use. Further into our stay the coffee machine didn’t work. While the place was nice, it was just falsely advertised based on the pictures. The management did their best to accommodate based on the issues but overall the experience was disappointing.

I think that after all the guest that come and go it is bound to happen that the pool table is not 100%, we have replaced all pool sticks. Great place, great communication!

We loved the property! My daughter and I stayed here along with her dog. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved that it had a fenced in backyard and also a separate gate for the pool. It was also close to attractions. One day during our stay, we came home and the AC was not working properly. The temperature was 90° in the house. We messaged Daniel, and he was quick to call someone out to fix the situation. We really appreciated the good communication and felt like he was genuinely concerned. He told us there were fans in every closet, so we used those and cooled off in the pool until it was fixed. The pool itself could've been a little cleaner, but nothing to keep us from enjoying it. Everything else was extremely clean and they also updated the bedspreads in all the rooms which I think look better than the pictures. It is in the medical district so we heard the ambulances when we were outside, but didn't even notice them while inside. Would definitely stay here again!

Communication and safety could have been better

The host took a while to respond and a lot of what was in the binder was not accurate like the wifi information. We also notice the front door was not secure, the lick was shaved down weird so all it would take is a swift shove and you could get inside. I stayed for a Bachelorette party with all women and we were really excited to use the pool. However, while talking late at night outside by the pool we realized he was out walking his dog and felt a little uncomfortable. About an hour or so later we thought he went back inside but we heard a sneeze.. He had been staring and listening the whole time so we grabbed all our stuff and didn't go back outside until we checked out. The fact that we were all women made us all feel really uncomfortable with the safety at the house.

hi dariana im sorry about your experience but unfortunately sometimes the wifi will be reset to original setting ( can happen when there is electric outage ) . the door have a deadbolt like any other door and not sure who you refer that looked at you? the neighbor? we will do our best to improve your concerns

Ok, is not Okay

Let me start by saying that the pictures of this properry are very deceiving and don't show the real condition of the property. The neighborhood is in a convenient location, but is a bit dirty and the houses around are not well kept. The property had a funny smell when we arrived, the stove was not really clean, but the rest of the kitchen was ok. We had trouble with the master bedroom bathroom door, we couldn't open and close easy so we had to keep it open the whole time. The couch on the patio was looking very old and not really clean, same with the Grill outside. The corn hole area was ok, but there was a piece of wood in the back that it was an eye sore. The arcade room has an ac unit that doesn't cool enough and it hot all the time. The pool and the deck were nice but the furniture can use an upgrade. The host was responsive, except when it came the time to get our deposit back. Its been 10 days and he said it would take 5 to 7 days. I paid 300 extra to have a party there plus cleaning fee on time. I expected the same in return but I am not sure he has intentions of fulfilling his part. I am not interested in returning to this property and I will encourage others to read the reviews and save you some time and find better options for your stay in SA. I tried adding some picture but the app didn't let me, but I documented everything i mentioned here.

Hi Omar, I'm truly sorry to read your review, especially after doing my best to accommodate your requests during your stay—including approving your party and staying responsive throughout. Regarding your concerns: The $200 deposit was refunded on May 23rd, as promised, just days after check-out. I’ve even provided the ARN number (bank reference) showing proof of refund. This process is handled automatically and is not something I can delay or withhold. As for the property, I always strive to keep the listing photos accurate and updated. I’m sorry if your expectations didn’t match the experience. Minor wear-and-tear like the patio couch, grill, and bathroom door are things we’re already addressing in ongoing upgrades, which are reflected in other guest reviews. The arcade room has its own dedicated AC unit, and we're actively working to improve airflow there during peak summer heat. While it’s disappointing to hear you wouldn’t return, I want future guests to know that I take feedback seriously and always aim to improve. Most guests have had great stays and left happy. Started off bad but owner redeemed.

First I want to say I’m giving Daniel himself a 5 star review. As he dealt with the problems we had very fast. However, I would like for this property to be fixed before it goes out to public again, thus the 2 star rating for the property (only). When I first walked in I was a little confused as some of the appliance was different from the photos. The sofas was all old, broken and seats sunken in. The dish washer smelt like a dead rat was in there. There was towels in the dryer. The pool (my favorite part) has bird poop all over the seats and the deck. The hallway bathroom toilet only flushed by holding the lever until you see your waste go down or else it won’t flush. The hallway bathroom shower was opposite (hot was cold and cold was hot). The main bedroom bathroom shower was leaking, the water pressure sink was crazy strong. The shower had no curtains and the water leaked on to the floor. We had to use towels to cover the floor. The master bathroom door was broken. The guest bedroom had a hole in the wall and cracked doors. There is more but I’m tired of typing. Some pros - the ac work amazing, the pool was awesome. And the owner replaces the couch within a day and gave us a new trash bin as the old one was broken. The pool table room was cool (until we realized it is a little broken and it is slanted and the pool sticks tip were all broken). Conclusion - this property needs to just fix stuff as what is in it is fine. I have faith in the owner to get this property working nice again.

All issues were taken care of. A brand new sofa was there the next morning. I think house deserves way more the 2 stars. You got treated like as VIP. Daniel

Fun property

Great house for our family to stay in for a long weekend. The kids really enjoyed the game room and pool in the back yard.

Graduation Travel

We had a wonderful stay at place. It was not expensive for the amount of time spent and all the amenities that were provided. Quick on and off to Lackland Base if you're here for graduation. The area around was pretty quiet. Lots of places and activities within shordrive from house.

This house is located walking distance from medical center of San Antonio. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with plenty of mature trees which gives a park-like feel. You have all the necessary amenities right next to you in a walking distance such as shopping, gas, groceries, church and all kind of restaurants and it is about 5 minutes driving to shopping malls and to the airport.
