You're at a significant elevation, starting around 10,000 feet and rising to over 11,000 feet at the base of the snowfield. This means you're surrounded by towering peaks, often snow-capped even in summer, and the air is crisp and clean.

The dramatic mountain scenery, the crystal-clear lake, and the year-round presence of snow create an incredibly picturesque environment. It's a prime example of Colorado's stunning high country.

Because it's a bit off the beaten path, St. Mary's has a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. While popular for day trips, it retains a sense of remoteness.

Kick off your boots and relax in the open-concept living space. Large windows flood the room with natural light and offer incredible mountain panoramas. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or gather for a movie night using our fast, 79 Mbps Wi-Fi.

Kitchen & Dining
Cook up a hearty breakfast before hitting the trails or the slopes! Our fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals for your group, along with plenty of counter space. Share meals together at the dining table with mountain peaks as your backdrop.

Bedrooms (3)
After a long day of exploring the National Forest or fishing in the nearby private trout-stocked lakes, you’ll rest easy in our three comfortable bedrooms.

Primary Bedroom: A peaceful retreat featuring a plush queen bed, premium linens, and waking up to spectacular mountain views.

Bedroom 2 (queen) & Bedroom 3 (full over queen bunk): Thoughtfully appointed with cozy bedding and plenty of storage for your gear, perfect for couples, friends, or kids.

Let the friendly competition begin! Our dedicated game room is a guest favorite. Challenge your friends and family to a game of air hockey or try to beat the high score on the retro arcade machine. It's the ultimate hangout spot for kids and adults alike.
