• NO PARTIES! Loud and/or excessive noise will not be tolerated and is monitored via the noise monitor and exterior cameras. Guests found partying or making excessive noise will be immediately evicted, without refund.
• All overnight guests must be registered within the reservation; max number of overnight guests is 5.
• Guests are required to provide the number from a piece of government issued photo ID at the time of booking and are required to present that same piece of ID on check in.
• Smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, cannabis, etc.) is not permitted inside my home. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for smoking inside plus any costs to remove the smoke from my home, per occurrence. Guests are welcome to smoke outside provided the butts are disposed of in an ashtray and regularly put in the trash.
• Visitors must be cleared with me before inviting them over. Visitors to the guests should not exceed 4.
• Only registered guests can have possession of the door access codes.
