We really liked the location and having the room to spread out and relax as compared to a hotel room. It was great to have the peace of mind of using the garage at night.

Those whole experience and ambience is amazing. The area is nice and quite close to downtown and the highway which made it even better. This by far the best property I’ve stayed at while utilizing short term stay apps

The home was very well furnished and inviting. The multi-level concept was great! Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the rooftop but would definitely want to return during the warmer months.

The home was perfect. We were about less than 15 mins from downtown, the rooftop lounge area gave us a place to just sit and relax at the end of our busy day, and the garage gave us the peace of mind to know our cars were secure and safe at night. If we had any questions, the host reached out within the hour. The wifi worked and did not crash or disconnect abruptly which was important because i had reports i needed to file during our visit. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the house once we got settled in, everyone was comfortable and had their own space to relax.

The property itself was very nice. We chose this property because of the high ratings and seemingly comfortable living spaces. But we were extremely surprised because unfortunately we were greeted with an uncleaned property. The stairs on the carpet and the carpet in the living spaces were covered in lint, crumbs, and dirt. The hard floors had food stains and the bathrooms were sticky. The bathtub/showers had hair in them! The sinks were not cleaned, there was leftover liquid soap in them. There was no coffee stocked at all. The worst part was that the beds were made but in the sheets, in all the beds, there was hair and dirt from previous people. We immediately reached out to the manager, and they were responsive. But they stated that the cleaner had been sick and they did not inform the manager that they didn’t finish cleaning. They did offer to clean the property immediately but it was already past 10 pm unfortunately, so we changed our own sheets, vacuumed the floors and went to bed. They sent cleaners the next day, but we felt that it still was not cleaned to the expectations of the ratings others had given.Otherwise there are three sets of stairs for the entire building, two stairs to get to the bedrooms, so anyone with elderly family needs to keep this in mind. The rooftop is nice but it is another set of stairs to the top, with only the rooftop at the top, not much indoors area.

Praveen, Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize again that your stay started this way. After reviewing internally, we found that one of our cleaning team members had a difficult day and incorrectly reported that the cleaning was completed. We have taken corrective steps to make sure this does not happen again. We also want to note that the issue was reported late in the evening, even though check-in was at 3 PM. If we had known earlier, we could have sent someone sooner. Still, we immediately offered to send help that night, and the next morning our team returned to vacuum, mop, clean the bathrooms, remove trash, and restock coffee pods. We also want to mention that some towels and beddings were used for floor cleaning and other purposes during the stay, which was unexpected and not something we normally experience from guests. We truly tried our best to respond quickly, answer every concern, and make things right. We value your feedback and appreciate your stay.
