3ONE8 ist der perfekte Zufluchtsort für Paare und kleine Familien, die eine gehobene Ausstattung in einer ungezwungenen und modernen Umgebung bevorzugen. Zu den Ausstattungsmerkmalen gehören handgekratzte Akazienholzböden, neue Küchengeräte, Ceasarstone-Theken, gefliestes Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche und beheiztem Marmorboden von Ann Sacks, dimmbare Beleuchtung, Hansgrohe-Armaturen im gesamten Gebäude, Spectrum-Kabel, WLAN, alle neuen Möbel und hochwertiges Mobiliar Vollenden gänzlich. Es ist schwer, eine Ferienwohnung in Manzanita oder an der Küste zu finden, die nicht dunkel, datiert oder von Ihrer Oma dekoriert ist.

Das von TVA Architects aus Portland entworfene Interieur ist offen und intim zugleich. Zwei Schlafzimmer verfügen über brandneue Queen-Size-Betten. Der Master verfügt über einen LCD-Flachbildschirm mit integriertem DVD-Player und ein Spektrum-Kabel. Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt auch über ein neues Queensize-Bett und beide Schlafzimmer sind mit neuen Teppichen ausgelegt. Der Hauptwohnbereich besteht aus Dynamit und hat einen hervorragenden Durchfluss - es ist ein großer, großartiger Raum mit großartigem Licht und Blick auf den Golfplatz im Hinterhof. Ein weiterer Fernseher / DVD / DVR befindet sich im Wohnbereich mit Spectrum-Kabel. Sie haben auch einen eigenen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Essbereich, Feuerstelle und Blick auf den Golfplatz.

Unser Lieblingsteil des Aufenthalts bei 3ONE8? Trinken Sie morgens frischen Kaffee auf der hinteren Terrasse und beobachten Sie die Vögel und Eichhörnchen, die in den Kiefern spielen, und beobachten Sie die schrecklichen Abschläge des Golfers ins 6. Grün. Das Gleiche am Abend - nur mit einem kühlen Bier oder einem Glas Wein. Entspannen und erfrischen Sie sich in Manzanita. Great location, immaculate and well stocked!

My husband and I (plus our two Weimaraner’s) enjoyed a nice long weekend with perfect weather and an ideal location. It’s a short walk to town and a short walk to the beach. We cooked our meals for ease since we had our pups and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We both were impressed with the details that the thoughtful owner had provided. Dog towels by the front door were a huge hit with us! Communication was excellent and we will definitely be staying there again.

Wonderful location and house!

We had a great time here. It’s a perfect location: very close to the beach, Main Street for shopping and eating, and a neighborhood park. The owners were very communicative and check in was a breeze. The house is well appointed and we barely knew that we had neighbors it was so quiet. The only downside was allergies. I’m very allergic to cats and my allergies started up about an hour into our stay. I’m not sure if previous renters had a cat or if the owners have a cat who visits, but there is a cat! I didn’t ask in advance so it’s my own fault, I don’t blame the owners!

Great House during unfortunate storm

Unfortunately the power went out when we got there Monday night, and was out still at noon Wednesday so we had to leave since our plan was to stay until Friday and had no idea when power would return. We had no heat or any way to cook so we had to get a hotel in Seaside for the duration of our stay. Not the owners fault, just a freak storm!

Couldn’t have been better.

No smells welcomed us to a sweet clean expectation. Order and small warm details were cheery, even after the long trip and late at night. In the morning the views were private and lush, and everything we could need was waiting. The best breakfast, simple or rich with filling complexity, was 100 yards walk through a quiet neighborhood. The beach so close. The highway far enough away for peaceful sleep and reading. If there were any shortcomings we never spotted any. A perfect stay we hope to repeat!

Thanksgiving weekend

We had a fantastic stay!!! This spot is a dream location and we enjoyed every minute. Very quaint neighborhood, an easy, quick walk down to the beach, minutes away from all the cool little stores!!! We didn’t go out to eat at all because we had our dog, but we really didn’t want to because the home and backyard were so nice to hang out in. It was entertaining to watch the golfers from the backyard. The kitchen is well stocked and that bathroom, heated floors and an amazing shower. Bret was awesome and always available by phone if we needed anything. We will definitely come back!!!!!

fantastic stay

This property if great! We enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the sun, sipping cocktails, and watching the golfers on the par 3 hole. The home is fantastic and quaint. The close proximity to downtown made it easy for us to take our little one on a walk. Definitely recommend and will look to return in the future.

Prob the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in! Very thoughtful accommodations: dog bowls and dog towels for our pups, a stack of firewood already in the pit, air filters on and running when we got there to name a few! We’re Coming Back

First off Brett is a superior communicator. I had several questions, which he answered promptly and gave sufficient details. One question was about firewood, which he replied where I could get some and price. We brought some with us but lo and behold there was a small bundle there and all set up. I was thrilled. We enjoyed watching the golfers and Elk in the backyard while having our fire. We kindly left a bundle too as we left. Paying it Forward. Manzanita 3one8 met our needs and more. The town and location was Ideal. Thank you and we will be back.

Great Location!

This is a very comfortable cottage in a great location. Walking distance to all of downtown and beach. Well maintained, with lots of amenities and a very well stocked kitchen! Lovely peaceful backyard. Although it is a duplex, we never knew we had neighbors. Would definatly stay here again.

Amazing. Highly recommend. Clean, modern and cute, excellent location, awesome owner, etc. The place might sound small, but the layout is perfect and it felt big. Our 2 year old had a blast and even saw deer from the backyard. All amenities needed were there. We parked our car and never drove again. Easy access to everything. Loved every minute. Thank you.

Little Gem

3ONE8 is a darling home on the golf course with cute fenced in yard. Only a few blocks from charming Manzanita shops and restaurants and the beach, it seems somewhat secluded while still close to all the action. Everything g is new and well thought out. Plenty of kitchen supplies and big fridge, regular space new oven, stove and dishwasher. Heather bathroom floor and great shower. The owner is so easy to communicate with and truly interested in visitors having a good stay. I’ll go again!!

I'm a Portland based professional who first came to Manzanita in the late 90's. We checked out a lot of Oregon coast towns and immediatley came back to the village of Manzanita. It's the perfect size and when an opportunity presented itself to invest in a vacation rental in Manzanita - we did it. After an extensive remodel, we're ready to share 3ONE8 with people that like high end finishes, modern ammenaties and casual surroundings. Me? I love to travel myself - did an around the world trip a few years ago. This selfie was a cool, little island in Thailand. Visited Australia, did the Everest Base Camp trek in Nepal, hung in U.A.E. for a bit, 2.5 weeks island hopping on the Dalmatian coast in Croatia, a weekend in Frankfurt and finished off doing a week on Harbor Island in the Bahamas. Currently I'm self-employed managing our two vacation rental properties in Manzanita and love doing it!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

The vision of the 3ONE8 remodel (interior layout designed by TVA Architects of Portland, OR) was to create a hip and fresh place for our rental guests, family and friends to enjoy in our favorite coastal town, Manzanita. We stayed at probably 20 different short term Manzanita rentals in 'the pool' over the years. It's a crap shoot out there. It's hard to find either brand new structures or remodels and how did the remodels turn out and what kind of furnishings are you experiencing? No oak furniture, no seagull art work or brass lighting. I love my great aunt but I wouldn't put her in charge of decorating my vacation home - and that's what we see in a lot of the rental choices out there today.

Why Manzanita? Cannon Beach is popular with a great beach - and it has a lot a big hotels, some chain restaurants and businesses and not very quaint. Manzanita is just 12 miles south and is considered more of a quaint village that's less crowded yet featuring full amenities found on Laneda Avenue including; boutique shops, restaurants, coffee houses, grocery stores, spas, cafes, wine bars and more - all locally owned and operated. Where Laneda Ave. meets the ocean is an uninterrupted, dog friendly seven mile beach with awesome views of Neahkahnie Mountain to the north. Once you park your car at 3ONE8 Manzanita - everything is walkable! Other towns: Seaside, OR is great if you like strip malls, Rockaway Beach is terrific if you like kitchsky shops on busy Highway 101 and Arch Cape is quaint but lacks any type of services. Manzanita has much more of a chill vibe - more of a locals spot with less people and crowds - yet with full services. Of course we're biased - but we did our research over 20 years ago! We visited every coastal town from Astoria down to Newport over a five year period - and liked Manzanita the best for its charm, beauty, size, services, proximity to PDX and overall vibe and feel. 3ONE8 is great as it's 1.5 blocks to Laneda Avenue (the main strip) with plenty of shops, coffee houses, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and more. And it's a straight shot to the beach. Additionally, the verdant views out the back onto the 6th green at Manzanita Links golf course are beautiful and very private. There are no neighbors behind you and the private back yard is a great retreat. The property is one half of a duplex and your side is very private. And for the kids it's a few minutes walk to the City Park. And, S 4th Place is very quiet with little car traffic - and on windy days down on the beach we're in our own micro-climate that's well protected. Close in yet removed. It's perfect!
