Charming 2-bedroom ocean-front townhouse in Point Village Negril
Located in Negril right on the beach, come and enjoy what this 2-bedroom townhouse has to offer. It was completely renovated in November 2023 and contains a new kitchen with all amenities. This lovely property features a master bedroom that has 1 queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king-sized bed, and a private bathroom. Each bedroom has blackout curtains and its own safety deposit box.
The living room is spacious and includes 1 daybed that is the size of a full bed, 1 twin bed, and a crib is available upon request for families who are traveling with little ones. There is a comfortable dining table that seats 6 people. There is also a large cable TV, fast Wi-Fi throughout and 24-hour security on the property.
There are two balconies upstairs-one small and the other large that has seating and can be shared by both rooms. There is also an enclosed porch on the ground floor that has an unobstructed view of the beach. All of these options are perfect for watching breathtaking sunsets and sunrises and the large balcony or the porch can also be used for romantic dinners.
I provide bath towels; beach towels; shower gel; shampoo; conditioner; some trash bags; dishwashing liquid and toilet paper for your arrival, however if your stay is long, you may want to pick up additional supplies. I will be happy to arrange for the buying and delivery of groceries; provide a housekeeper and/or a chef upon request during your stay if you require this. Beach chairs are available on the beach.
Located between Royalton and Hedonism II, The Point Village is close to the action but private and secure. The beaches and grounds are private. There is one family beach and one adult nude beach which is adjacent to the Hedonism II Hotel. The 7-mile beach is easily accessible from the western end of the property.
The townhouse is a short walk from the beaches, a large swimming pool and sundrenched rock pools. There is an offroad trail that provides about half a mile for walkers, cyclists and runners to exercise. Almost all 7 miles of the beach can be seen from the southwest corner and Booby Cay Island is visible from the west-this provides ample activities that includes swimming, snorkeling or kayaking in the nearby caves and around Booby Cay and you can also walk the beach or take boat rides to explore the area.
Should you need transportation, I can recommend a safe and trustworthy driver. There are also several taxis that are usually parked outside the gates most days. Another option for transportation are the very affordable local taxis that operate all day on Norman Manley Boulevard. There is a gas station that also has a convenience store and a craft market for souvenirs or lunch on the main road in easy walking distance from the property. On the 7 mile stretch, there are multiple options for bars; restaurants and shopping.
