Dies ist ein Zwei-Zimmer-Bad mit zwei Schlafzimmern, halb freistehende zweistöckige Wohnung im Little Bay Country Club in Negril. Es ist ein Strandgrundstück am Fuße einer sanft aufsteigenden schmalen Halbinsel, die atemberaubende Vogelperspektiven auf Bloody Bay mit einem zwei Kilometer langen weißen Sandstrand, kristallklarem Wasser, Fischschutzgebiet, Schnorcheln, Mangrovenwald, farbenfrohen Gärten und fünf Hauptgebieten bietet Hotels Diese Halbinsel ist ideal positioniert, um die Sonnenpräsentation am frühen Morgen sowie den dramatischen Abendausgang aufzunehmen. Auf der anderen Seite ist die viel kleinere und privatere "Little Bay" mit ihren ebenso aufregenden Ausblicken, ein vierhundert Meter breiter Strand, der etwa hundert Meter tief ist und über einen Infinity-Pool, ein Clubhaus und einen sehr großen Strandbereich verfügt eine Vielzahl von Aktivitäten. Für Umweltbewusste ist es erwähnenswert, dass diese Bucht auch Teil des Fischreservats ist und der Strand im März und April ein Nistplatz für Schildkröten ist. Strandmitarbeiter schützen die Brutstätte vor Raubtieren und sorgen für einen sicheren Eintritt ins Wasser, wenn sie geschlüpft sind.

LBCC ist eine Gated Community mit 24/7 Sicherheitspatrouillen, die nachts Wachhunde beinhalten. Obwohl es eine sehr entspannte Umgebung ist, ist es dennoch nur fünf Autominuten vom 7 Meilen langen Strand mit seinen fantastischen Restaurants und Straßenverkäufern, Wassersportaktivitäten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Nachtclubs entfernt.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer der Residenz verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad und einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die Wasser- und Hinterhofflora, zu der Mangos, Kokosnüsse, Orangen, Kochbananen und Bananen gehören. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten, einen Flur-Waschraum, und blickt auf den Haupteingang und den gemeinsamen Gartenbereich. Die Küche im Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen Herd, einen Backofen und eine Mikrowelle sowie eine komplette Auswahl an Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien. Wifi und TV sind inklusive. Die Straßen innerhalb des LBCC eignen sich gut für frühmorgendliche Spaziergänge oder Läufe. Sie sind landschaftlich und sicher mit einer Gesamthöhe von zwölf Metern und einer Entfernung von 1,8 km.

Nice spot if you are avoiding the all-inclusive resort thing

Superb private beach for snorkeling and sunsets that was not crowded at all. A little walk through the trees to get to the bigger beach. Owner recommended some good local food spots. We are glad we skipped the resort thing...

Marc you hit on some of the things which are often not mentioned and yet are so key. Sunsets, the mangrove forest between us and Bloody Bay, talking with someone who has first hand knowledge of the huge number of local mom and pop restaurants and yes, enjoying it all without a crowd at your back. Thank you for testifying that we are indeed a fresh ocean breeze when placed alongside the all inclusive resorts. Fantastic Property, Location and Hospitality

The location and neighborhood are amazing- the community beach, the peacefulness, the views! The property was the perfect size for our family, and clean and comfortable. Both the property manager and the caretaker were kind, responsive and personable. They gave tips for local fare, places to visit, and adapted to our needs.

Little Bay

We had a great experience with our VRBO. I was in town to do a couple of tours with resorts close by; but wanted something a little bit more private. I was so glad I did! it was an awesome experience, Very safe and a beautiful property! Vaughn catered to our every need. Thanks again and you will for sure see me again!

owner should take better care of the unit

Little Bay Country Club is a gem. It is well maintained and secure. The unit that I stayed in was not well cared for. the caretaker was not understanding of my time as a vacationer. She griped because I did not answer my phone, as if I reported to her. the master suites air conditioner was not working when we arrived and never worked during our stay. we stayed in the kids room on separate beds like Lucy and Ricky Ricardo.

Brian, outside of the AC failure I was not aware of any other issues during your stay. I am at the mercy of the supplier on maintenance issues involving the ac and it was completely replaced shortly after you left. Clearly this is not the forum for airing any disagreement but I will say that I have spoken to the caretaker regarding your comment and although she claims that her intent was misinterpreted, I have cautioned her against giving that impression going forward. Obviously you do not report to her, so the fact that you made that comment seems to shine a light a light on status which is a sore point with me particularly considering my history. Whatever her shortcomings may be regarding her communication, she is a decent person. I am prepared to discuss compensation and look forward to hearing from you.

Nice Condo, great secure community

Our family of 4 had a great stay in the condo over Christmas. We were a little apprehensive flying down to Negril late on Christmas eve, wondering how we could arrange groceries etc. After a brief discussion with the owner, he assured us that it would not be a problem. We put together a grocery list from the Hi-Lo website and forwarded it with an etransfer to the owner. Happy to say that on our arrival at 10pm on the 24th we sat down to an awesome meal of curried goat, fried chicken and cold beer as per our requests. awesome. Walks in the morning along the beach to Bloody bay were great. Pool and beach were very good, small reef had not bad snorkeling. Both are within 100 yards. We rented a car and spent most days up and down 7 mile beach. Vaughan had recommended Mayfield falls and they were excellent. Marveta and the lady who did the cooking (whose name I have forgotten, :( ) were very pleasant and accomodating.

Spring Break Family Vacay

The property overall was just as listed. The owner and property manager kept in communication with us prior to our arrival and made checking in and out very easy for us. Our stay for the week was perfect and also in celebration of our son's 10th birthday. The kids loved that the pool and beach access was literally right across from our front door. We had no complaints during our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the house to clean our clothes before coming home, was the icing on the cake for me especially not having to worry about that once we got home. Thanks again!

I had to find somewhere to stay very quickly due to a last minute cancellation while already in Jamaica and this location was the only one found on VRBO due to the Christmas holiday. The owner contacted me personally which was a nice touch. AND we were allowed to check in much earlier then usual which was a true blessing. When we arrived, the house manager and housekeeper met us and let us in and showed us around the home. Thank you!

Hidden Gem in Paradise

Hi, We have visited Jamaica 8 times in the past, but this time we wanted a quiet relaxing holiday away from the busy hotels and beaches, so we choose this after a great amount of looking, the pictures looked great and we was not disappointed upon arrival. From the day of booking I have been in contact with the owner (Vaughan) whom I have found to be so helpful with everything from the villa to car hire to going out, he has been a very welcoming and genuine guy, we tried to meet up before departure but flight times didn't help us and unfortunately wasn't possible. Evette the property manager is also very helpful and while you are there she is always just a phone call away to help with anything you need. The Villa was fantastic, in a great position, nice and quiet, not overlooked, views of the sea from bedroom balcony, "heaven" You are literally 2 mins ( 200 yds) from the private beach and swimming pool, most of the time we had the beach to ourselves, absolute paradise. As for anyone who is a little put off Jamaica by what you hear, don't believe all you hear, after all we have returned 9 times now, but for added comfort LBCC has 24/7 Guardsman sercurity, Royston on the gate is a top guy and Kin-Neal was like our own private guard, both great guys, "respect guys" I would not hesitate in going back here, and if you have done the hotels on the beach in the past in Negril and now what to go it alone and have that peace and quiet, then believe me this is the place for you, it is a "Hidden Gem in Paradise" and after all the busy beach, bars and nightlife are still only down the road, best of both worlds this way. EXCELLENT
