WASH201 - COMING FOR SUMMER 2026 - NEW PRIVATE, SALTWATER, HEATED POOL! Welcome to this sunny and bright 5-bedroom, 2-bath ranch home that sleeps 10 comfortably. This house is a perfect rental for extended families looking for a great getaway on the Jersey Shore. Convenient location just a block from exclusive Bradshaw Beach (6 badges included!) and an easy walk to the fun, festive Jenkinson's Boardwalk. Less than a 10-minute walk to the train and into town and plenty of parking for up to 3 cars in driveway and free street parking too. There is one main living area with seating for everyone and a large dining table both inside and out. Relax on the back patio with BBQ or the charming front porch to people watch and enjoy the passersby. In addition to 2 baths with showers, there's an outdoor shower as well. Keyless door locks provide a contact free check in and you won't have to worry about losing keys at the beach. Because it's one story, it's convenient for seniors and little ones alike – just a few steps up or down and grab bars in both showers. Dogs are welcome too..
