There is a 7-NIGHT MINIMUM. You can stay fewer nights, but the 7-night rate applies, in accordance with local STR regulations.

You're going to LOVE the views from this stunning seaside home. Our Boardwalk & Beachfront Cottage is located on the boardwalk in the famous & family-friendly Point Pleasant Beach. It’s one of the very few homes with direct view & access to the boardwalk, beach and ocean.

Boardwalk & Beachfront Cottage features a sun deck overlooking 300 yards of soft, sandy beach & the Atlantic Ocean. From this wonderful home you'll enjoy the sights & sounds of a true beach front home on the Jersey Shore. You’ll experience soft breezes, stunning sunrises, ships motoring in & out of the Point Pleasant Inlet, strolls on the boardwalk & all the fun & excitement of Jenkinson’s amusements, including rides, games, arcades, games of chance, mini golf, the fun house, aquarium, board walk pizza, eateries, roof-top bars, seafood shacks, ice cream, cotton candy, funnel cake, and much more to help make countless memories for you & your family. You’ll also enjoy barbecuing on the deck with some cold beer & fine wine, or you can walk 60 seconds down the boardwalk to Jenkinson’s Inlet Bar, which offers great food, summer drinks in a tiki-bar on the beach.

Boardwalk and Beachfront Cottage is our latest family vacation rental. With over five hundred 5-star reviews on our family-friendly vacation homes in the Pocono Mountains, Kennebunkport Maine, Deadwood South Dakota, and now the Jersey Shore, (Mike’s hometowns), we're proud to add this exceptional beachfront home to our portfolio of family vacation homes.

Within a mile there are dozens of area restaurants, bars, and cafe's that will delight you, plus shops, amusements, antique dealers, boating and fishing activities, ice-cream parlors, a comedy club, and lots of other live entertainment and nightlife to add to the adventure and excitement of the Jersey Shore.

The home is handicap accessible and features 5 bedrooms and 2 custom baths. There is sleeping space for 12, which includes 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and a bunk-bed room. There’s also a rec-room that can used for sleeping if needed.

The new kitchen features a large seating island with quartz counters, and indoor and outdoor dining space.

The Sleeping Space:

The lower level features a rec-room with a TV (great kid space), with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a laundry area.

The main floor features two bedrooms with a shared bath, a full kitchen, dining table for 8, eating island for 6 and a living area.

Please know that we welcome couples, families and groups of all sizes. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required for all parties of 4 or more, which gets paid directly to the owners if this booking site does not collect a security deposit. Please know, we’ve never had to keep a security deposit, but we are required by our insurer to collect one with any new booking.

The base rate is for up to 10 guests. An additional fee will be added by this booking site for additional guests. Rates will adjust accordingly when you enter your dates and number of guests. Infants (up to 9 months) are not considered a paid guest.
