It’s the ideal destination for splashing your days away on the swim platform, paddleboard, canoe (3 person), 1 person kayak and 2 person kayak! Life jackets provided. Bring your boat or rent one. The space:
This cozy, single level cottage has air-conditioning units with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. (window ac units in each of the 3 bedroom and a standup unit in the kitchen). Sleeps 6 with three beds (one queen, two full). The primary bedroom has breathtaking lake views for a lazy breakfast in bed, with windows on three sides. The sunny enclosed porch will quickly become your favorite spot whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or toasting after touring Finger Lakes wineries and breweries.

There’s 40 feet of private direct Canandaigua Lake frontage and a 60-foot dock... Bring your beach towels, water shoes, and fishing poles!

Above our gas fireplace, there’s a 65-inch LG smart TV to binge watch on a rainy day. Work from the lake with highspeed fiberoptic internet (Fastest Download 513 Mbps, Fastest Upload 517 Mbps).

The outdoor living space features 6 person dining table, 2 Adirondack chairs, 2 lounge chairs, lawn space for your favorite yard games, and s’mores galore over the large wood burning firepit. A Weber grill are provided to feed your hungry crew after a great day on the water, and there’s even a dinner bell!
