ISLANDER VILLAS - 185 Via Old Sound Blvd Unit E - BEACH HAPPY - This spacious third floor condo features four bedrooms and four full baths on one level. Two bedrooms have a king bed in each and two bedrooms have a queen and a single in each. The dining table seats six and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include access to oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately 4/10th of a mile from the condo, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts nearby, elevator, cold water outside shower, central heat and air (lockout bedroom has motel-style A/C), washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, a TV in three of the bedrooms, ceiling fans, blender, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo offers a view of the lagoon, partial ocean views, as well as partial waterway view from its large decks.
BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Although this property rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 2 and after August 19, a three-night minimum stay is required.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. This property does not have a golf cart outlet.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBOâs platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
