This cozy modern Apt. Is nestled in the heart of the beautiful Town of Ave Maria. Escape to this perfect and peaceful retreat or extended stay!
Located in the Heart of Ave Maria Community, walking distance to everything downtown including Shops, Restaurants, The Ave Maria University and of course the profound architectural wonder, The Ave Maria Parrish.
The whole two room apartment is located on the ground floor and has a well-lit entrance. Private parking is available for one vehicle.
Enjoy a private and convenient location for your next visit in our two room apartment featuring a full bath, walk in closet and separate Bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed. The Main Living Area features a well equipped kitchenette with multiple cooking options, a refrigerator, an expandable table and chairs and a Queen size Leather Sofa Sleeper.
We have an additional Inflatable Twin Mattress for a fifth wheel. There is WIFI access and Smart TV's in both the Bedroom and Living Area, along with a challenging assortment of Board Games and such for a break from Social Media.
Additional Amenities to consider in town include the Publix Grocery, Ave Maria Water Park with waterslides and swimming lanes, playgrounds, walking/ bike trails and lakes, tennis and pickle ball courts.
