This home is overlooking a pond that is a haven for wildlife. 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and screened lanai give you lots of places to relax and unwind. This unit is 5 minutes from the quaint town center of Ave Maria. There you will find nice local dining options, a Publix grocery store, and the iconic Catholic Church in the middle of the town center. There is a community pool with slides for kids (great for when the grands come visit) and an adults only section. All of this is close enough to go there on golf cart (one is provided with the unit while renting). Enjoy a great day of golf on the championship caliber National Golf and Country club.
