This comfortable upscale retreat is adjacent to the Pisgah National Forest and just a short walk from one of Western North Carolina’s most breathtaking attractions, Elk River Falls.

You have direct access to the river and miles of trails for hiking or mountain biking, and the area is known for trout fishing.

Kick back on the spacious river-facing front porch where you can enjoy your morning beverage and dine while observing nature and living like a local. The Riverhouse has an open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room with leather furniture and 3 Recliners. We have a mini split AC/Heating unit in the main living area and a stand-up fan.


Each of the 2 bedrooms have a Queen bed with Egyptian Cotton Sheets and a ceiling fan.

The two bathrooms are very nice and spacious, one with a walk in shower, the other has a shower/bathtub combo with glass doors.

Essential amenities are included: WiFi, AC, towels, sheets, and a washing machine. We also provide a selection of coffee and teas, essential oil diffusers and toilet paper. This home is equipped for both long and short stays, making your holiday one to remember.
