There are numerous shopping and dining options within walking distance but a vehicle will be needed to take full advantage of the Charleston area as public transportation is not convenient.
There is free parking in the shared surface lot in the condo complex.
Uber and Lyft operate throughout the Charleston area for when you want to leave your vehicle parked.
ESSENTIALS FOR YOU STAY
The unit is provided with a starter pack of essentials for your extended stay including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, bath products, etc. If these items are depleted during your trip, it will be the guests' responsibility to purchase additional supplies for themselves.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.
Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb's insurance or other options are recommended. This is a strictly non-smoking/no drug use property. Any guests found to be smoking or using drugs will be subject to a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property
