The cottage is very clean and cozy and close to good restaurants and a number of grocery stores. It's also an easy drive to Credit One Stadium for concerts and other events. Easy check in, quiet neighborhood and accommodating hosts. We'd be very happy to return when in the area again.

We came in and it was dark and raining.hostess promised to come help due to distance over grass concrete and rocks. She did not show up. We were unable to find property so had mt pleasant police department help us find property . Could not see road signs due to rain and fog. The cottage had dog poop in yard we walked around it. While brushing teeth a large roach , I mean large ) ran out from behind bath mirror , need spraying. Cast iron tub has no way to get out . Needs safety bars. After falling several times I opened cut on elbow. Unable to use shower be cause tub slick. No mat. She could be sued in the future. Sofa has seen its last days . Terrible.

Jim, I’m so sorry to hear of your experience. Please recall, you all arrived 4 hours later than originally communicated and we have young children to care for, so unfortunately, the timing did not work out. I’m not sure why you did not use your gps/phone app to find our cottage, as most folks do. We also have no control over the weather upon your arrival or during your stay. We did have a mat in the shower, I’ll check with our cleaning crew as to where it ended up. Additionally, our listing pictures are extremely accurate so I am unsure why you chose our place if you needed more of a handicap accessible setup. Perhaps a hotel with 24/7 concierge may better suit your future travel needs. Best wishes to you both!

We had a wonderful stay! We were looking for something for a long weekend stay and this place was perfect! Close to everything and such a comfortable stay. Jaime was amazing. From answering our pre-book questions to coming outside to help us find a lost car key fob during our stay, I can't say enough good things! Great location near Shem creek

The cottage is adorable! It was very clean and we loved the updated modern look. The location is ideal for Mt. Pleasant with loads of great restaurants, shopping and close proximity to downtown Charleston and Shem Creek.

Everything was super lovely. Exactly what I needed for a work trip. Very spacious and clean. Would 100% stay again. A pet peeve of mine is cheap pillows- none here! They had great pillows - memory foam!! Quiet area but near everything. Super close to IOP and Charleston.

Home is clean and very well appointed with updated and modern amenities. Great location, easy check-in process and communication with host was easy. Had one issue toe first day which was quickly resolved. I would rate this home a 4.5 out of 5, with the only suggestion being an updated walkway to the home. That being said, I would absolutely recommend this home.

Serenity in Mount Pleasant!

Perfectly located in Mount Pleasant! You are within 15 minutes of downtown Charleston, as well as Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms. Gas stations, grocery stores and endless food options are within minutes. The cottage was located at the back of the property and kept very clean and tidy. Our stay was quiet and so serene. We will definitely be returning to stay here again! Cannot recommend enough!

Very clean very cute… however

If you need to work online the WiFi is sketchy and TV buffered frequently. They have a WiFi booster but really did not help much. We inadvertently borrowed a beach towel for 4 yr old granddaughter that was left at my son’s house in N Charleston. Owners also stated we took a glass and coffee cup which we did not and charged us $45 after leaving even after we stated my son would return the towel.

Thank you so much for the feedback. We take pride in keeping our cottage stocked with amenities for our guests and after several key items were missing after your stay (beach towel and several cups) we had to replace the items. In our 3 years of hosting, we have never had a guest misplace so many items and it’s the first time we have had to have this interaction, it’s very unfortunate as hosts. We expect our guests to respect the property as if it were their own. Take care!
