Excellent stay with lots of space, beds and communal space to hang out. Beautiful waterfront property and fun swim spa. Hosts were generous and communicated promptly and clearly.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, the house was clean and had everything we needed, and the swim spa was a huge hit for our group. The peaceful lake made it the perfect place to relax and hang out between activities. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The overall stay was excellent. It was a family vacation with lots of little ones and there was plenty to do.Even though the listing does let you know to purchase the linens from a separate company, I think the price of the linens should be included in the rental price, I have to increase the price.The host was excellent when it came to response time.

Hot tub, swim spa, and the game room were the highlights. Plenty of space for a couple of families to spread out. Hosts very responsive. Would definitely return.

There were 11 of us. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep! And plenty of bathrooms too! Kitchen was awesome and fully stocked with whatever you may need to make your meals. Communication with Skylar was great! The view of the pond/lake was beautiful! We loved the kayaks, the fire pit, the back deck, the sun room, the swim spa and the hot tub! And the game/arcade room was perfect for our family who love games!! This pond was really nice and clean! We totally could have brought floaties to be out in the water. With water shoes! The location of this house is perfect too! Many things to do nearby! Especially the ice cream places! We plan to come back again for sure!! Thanks for a great week!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family and had everything we could have hoped for. We spent hours enjoying the lake with the kayaks, and when we weren’t on the water, we were relaxing by the pool, soaking in the spa, or unwinding in the hot tub. The marvelous game room kept everyone entertained for hours — such a fun bonus that made the trip even more special.Barry and Skyler were fantastic hosts—extremely communicative, helpful, and responsive to any questions we had. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which really added to our enjoyment.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation!

We just bought this house in May, made many upgrades and renovations, and based on this review they all worked. This is a brand new listing, and this is our very first review for this property. It is 100% accurate, and similar to the reviews we get for our other Poconos houses in the area. Anyone looking for more reviews about our properties, there are VRBO links to them at the bottom of the listing description. We are so happy that our guest had such an amazing stay and took full advantage of all the amenities we have to offer!

Barry and his son were amazing through the entire process. Very helpful, informative and attentive to any questions I had. We were a large group ranging from 4 to 50 years old. We had the very best family experience because everything was 100 percent as listed and more. Even while we were there any questions we had they answered immediately. His son even responded to me while out of the country!!! The lake, the home, the backyard, the ammenities the game room all a huge hit !!! Non of us wanted to leave.

We had a wonderful family reunion week with our group spanning ages 8 to almost 80. The hosts responded to our questions incredibly quickly and the house and property were perfect for all ages. The kitchen was stocked with far more than we expected and the rooms had plenty of options to spread out or all be together. Many of bass we caught right from the yard were really large, the outside grilling was great, several in our group loved the kayaks the most, we all enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit and the deer were friendly. We stayed during an unusually hot week with a lot of people (13) in the house and cooking for everyone but the air conditioning handled it all, keeping us cool and comfortable. We gathered together to watch several World Cup games and we all fit easily into the living room with the big tv. We found lots to do close by for those who wanted to explore the area and others chose to relax in the swim spa. This was such a great week that we all agreed that we hope we can go back again. A great get-away spot!
